Awesome and versatile tool + great customer service!
I have issues with my neck and migraines. My chiropractor recommended a rapid release tool and after searching Amazon, the Hyako Pro seemed like a great product and well priced. I bought one and I absolutely love it. I use it every day wherever I am hurting and it really helps. The small metal tip is perfect for the area where the base of the skull meets the neck to work out knots and relieve tension. It is particularly convenient that you just need to turn the massager to the tip that you want to use. No searching for and switching attachments like those massage guns. It is also powerful and the charge lasts a very long time. A few weeks after I got mine, I sent one to my son as a gift to help with his sore muscles and tight calves. He loves it too. After several months of use, mine is working perfectly but his stopped working properly. I contacted customer service and Hyako responded within minutes and told me they would send him a free replacement. He received it a few days later and he is thrilled to have his favorite massager again and just in time to take with him on vacation. We both highly recommend this product and are very happy with how the company stands behind their product and their warranty.

This massager is the best!
I have some chronic muscle pain issues – and try a variety of movement and exercise daily. The Hyako is not a percussion massager. I’m not a fan of percussion massage which often creates more pain than benefit and is not optimal for massaging thinner sheets of muscle. Rather, I have found kneading massages (think Shiatsu) or gentle orbital massages (like MedMassager units and now the smaller Hyako) are best. This is a (gentle; depends on settings) vibration massager and can be run over just about anywhere and has multiple options for which contact surface to use – including a tiny point for intense force on a small area. This has reduced pain sensitivity for me allowing less stiffness and better sleep. 5-10 minutes all over the legs, glutes and lower back works wonders. I personally often use the edge of the machine between the two steel prongs and find it just right even on the lowest power setting. One reviewer mentioned best not to use directly on skin – that’s probably true – I would suggest on the outside of garments or throw a towel over the area and massage through that as some of the silicone contact surfaces could bind otherwise. This is powerful and adjustable and I’m going to be using this daily for a long time.

Love the massager, but on the ad it said long battery life 6-8hrs. I only got 2-2.5hrs even on the lowest setting. Then I just read in the enclosed pamphlet that it’s only 3hrs.??? It takes about 6-7hrs to recharge fully. I ordered another one and it was defective, works but gets loose or uneven at the neck.. concern that it will break soon and I only used it for 1.5hrs.Big dilemma about quality of product.. but I do like it.I like the concept and ease of use. Heat is a hit or miss.Will return the old one, and ask for an exchange for the new one. Last try.But would like to know exactly the battery life of 2-3hrs or 6-8hrs as advertised in the ad.3/24/25 This is an updated review giving a 5 stars. Euan the product manager reached out to me promptly to address my concerns and sent out a new replacement. Which works as very well. Battery life is about 3hrs and depending what level of power is used. I truly love the concept of the massager and the eased of using r with effective pain relief. Excellent Service
I initially purchased this massager on the recommendation of my daughter and also my chiropractor. It has worked well and my husband and I both enjoy the excellent vibration levels. It is a good size for travel, smaller than the thumper we used to use. It’s comfortable in hand and has different knobs and speeds to make it adjustable. It recently started making a slight rattling noise so we checked the warranty and it was still under a year. We reached out to the seller and are so pleased to report immediate service and success. A new one arrived within 48 hours of the call.

Pro level massage tool and superior customer service!
I’ve been and clinical massage therapist for nearly 30 years. I do use therapy tools but am particular about what I choose and when I use them. I’ve used percussive massage guns but find them somewhat limited in what they provide therapeutically. The Hayako Pro vibration tool is a completely different tool. It penetrates deeply without being abusive and induces warmth and blood flow into the tissues. Clients have commented about how deep and effective the vibration is but that it is very comfortable, even when passing over bony prominences. The tool is solid, heavy, easy to use and quite versatile with the various incorporated attachments. I find that I rarely use my percussive massage tool anymore. On another note: The customer service from Hayako has been magnificent. After approximately 11 months, my original tool began to lose power and vibrate intermittently. I messaged Hayako customer service and told them of the issue. They were very quick to respond and express delivered a new unit the next day. There are other vibration massage tools out there that sell for a lot more money. The specs on the Hayako seem very similar and I can’t imagine those other more expensive units work any better or can exceed the customer service experience I’ve had with Hayako.

Ottimo massaggiatore a vibrazione, davvero potente e con funzionalità totalmente diversa dai classici percussivi (tipo pistole massaggio). Unico difetto per ora riscontrato, a parte doverci prendere la mano, è la batteria che non dura tantissimo (di sicuro non quanto dichiarato) e nella gestione della ricarica che richiede molte hr (tipo almeno 6-8).Vedremo l’affidabilità, che dalle recensioni internazionali pare essere il maggior problema di questo prodotto, sia per aspetti meccanici che di batteria..
