Cool but needs lots of space and doorway clearance
Very cool chair but didn’t work for us and was returned.Pros:—operated smoothly—had the features promised—went together easily—appeared well built and sturdyCons:—the pix/videos shows it being used to help a patient sitting on the edge of a bed. We have a 14” mattress and this couldn’t lift high enough to clear the top of the mattress and assist a patient sitting on a bed—we couldn’t get it close enough to the chair (a recliner) to be useful. Unless you have a chair or sofa with empty space between it and the ground the chair can’t get close enough—our bathroom door was too narrow and our toilet cubicle doesn’t have the clearance needed to swing open the seat to put the patient on the toilet.OTHER:—we did not try it as a commode or shower chair. It may be useful in these functions but we decided our home just did not have the clearances needed for it to be worth keeping the chair for just a few possible scenariosOverall I gave it 3 stars for being well built and having cool features but ultimately we could not use it due to clearance requirements

Safest shower chair I have used for my daughter in 30 years
I bought this chair for my disabled daughter. I love it. Very well built. I wasn’t sure it would work but once I figured out how to load her it is great. I would highly recommend it.

Ineffective for total care patient
Had to return because of patient being too disabled to use it. Patient must be able to raise their legs onto the seat. Not easily used on a total care patient, otherwise it’s a well built lift and for the right person would work really well.

Patient must be sitting on a very firm surface in order to Transfer onto this hydraulic lift.
It’s wonderful for when a patient is on a hard surface. But if they’re on a mattress that indents or any type of a cushion that indents, then the patient is lower than the actual seat of the hydraulic lift.

Wheels not good on carpet and too heavy
This chair doesn’t roll good on carpet and very hard to place a person from bed to chair, they have to lift their feet over and not enough room to put their feet. This chair its super heavy and not easy to transport to a vehicle

Great for Bathroom Transfers
The split seat and potty function are incredibly convenient for bathroom transfers, making it a must-have for caregivers.

Highly Recommend for Caregivers
As a caregiver, this chair has been a lifesaver for transferring my disabled loved one from bed to wheelchair.

Worth Every Penny
This chair is worth every penny for the peace of mind it provides during transfers for my disabled family member.
