Fits nicely and very comfortable.
Following cervical surgery, I had 3 muscles going from my neck down into my shoulder and back to become inflamed. Physical Therapist recommended an ice pack. The appearance of this particular ice pack drew in my attention because it covers my neck, shoulders, and upper back area. It definitely does the job! It doesn’t take long to freeze so it gives me enough time “in between” to let my body get back to its normal temperature. I usually ice down about 3-4 times daily and it is calming the inflammation. It fits very comfortably and lasts about 30-40 minutes. I always use the shiny side with a thin towel against my skin. The collar fills with ice also and it can get very cold on your ears. I won’t complain because I need the cold all the way up my neck and the thin towel does the job to keep my ears from getting too cold. The velcro strap is nice but I usually am sitting or reclining and it isn’t necessary for me at this point.

I love how this folds up and has its own back to put in the freezer. It is very comfortable to use and stays cold for the 20 minutes I use it. Good product!

This is a must have for Any kind of neck pain or shoulder pain
First of all , the shipping was amazing super fast, I put mine in the freezer in a freezer bag, It lasts for a while but you might want to buy a second one To alternate if you need more time, but it stays cold for a pretty good amount of time.I love it and I love the little snap around the neck, if it’s me great.I am a plus size lady The snap around the neck works great. My husband uses this as well.He has a herniated disc in his neck and this helps him so much.. No leakage, great size.The weight is perfecthe use of it is great.The durability is amazing and it helps with pain relief easy to use..

Very nice product, which gets cold very fast, but it only stays cold about 45 minutes and then you have to put it back in the freezer but the soft material is very nice and I just wish it had adjustable for a smaller neck

Clasp too tight on neck.
Works well, but clasp at neck is too tight, clasp needs to be redesigned larger.

Had spinal fusion surgery on my neck, and this was fantastic. Even with my bigger shoulders, it fit fine. This, along with the shoulder shaped heating pad, were amazing in helping me recuperate.

Aujourd’hui comme il fait très chaud et qu’il était au frigo, je l’ai pose sur mes épaules et il reste frais longtemps et est rafraîchissant. Aussi utilisé pour mes maux de cou, il reste bien en place. Plus frais que le Sac Magique. Belle découverte.

The neck wrap is good quality. It holds temperature (hot or cold) well. It has tendency to slide around out of position if you move while wearing it. The fastening clasp needs improvement it is difficult to Aligne, a Velcro clasp would be far easier. I have two ,one for heat and one for cold, I believe this is a good value product but have only used them for a week and therefore have not proven there lngivity
