Doesn’t leak and the ice last thru one of my episodes. I like that it comes with two. I can use one and have one in waiting, however because sometimes my pain is in two different areas, I use BOTH.Easy to add ice and the top goes on very easily – quality is good and I expect to have these forever.

Coldest ice pack on the market. I live the suppoet straps that come with rhus ice pack. It truly supports and holds the ice just where you need it! Best cold pack in the market! Great price!

The bag releases moisture through the fabric.
The bag releases moisture through the fabric shortly after it is filled with water and ice. I searched all the reviews prior to purchase looking for someone to state that. You need to wrap the bag if you don’t want to get wet. Otherwise, it sealed tight and the 11” worked well for a large area on the back.

Fantastic product for cold. Game changer for migraines, it’s soft and holds a lot of ice. I also broke my wrist and the way it contours to anything, makes it my new favourite style of icer! Have yet to use hot water though, so no experience there.

Excellent ice bags to use on my knee and back. It states to put ice cubes in with some water but I’ve actually put frozen peas inside. I thought the peas would mould around my knee, lie flat on the back better and it actually works really well. I just put half a bag of peas in each bag, no water, can use the bag for over half an hour and the peas aren’t defrosted.
