Outstanding product! Sooner or later, you or someone in your family is going to need these icepacks / hotpacks. You will be so-so-so glad you have them. I certainly was! They are incredibly well-made, and they are super fast to freeze or heat.This weekend for 48 hours, I used them for cold packs for a dental implant that failed. I put both packs in the freezer, and 60 minutes later the icepacks were ready to use. 10 minutes on/ 10 minutes off to prevent swelling and reduce pain. The icepack easily lasted me a hour. I had it wrapped in a very soft microfiber towel.While the set does come with a blue fabric case to enclose the icepack, it was not as nice and soft against my cheek as my microfiber lavender hair towel (from Amazon, of course). That said, the blue fabric case supplied w/the 2 icepacks does have a nice elastic band on it. I can see that would be very handy for keeping the pack in place against a wrist or ankle or knee, etc.Today I’m using one of the packs as a heat pack against my cheek to speed the healing and improve blood flow to the implant’s extraction site. Aaah! So glad I can very quickly heat one in the microwave. It takes about 50 seconds to heat up.My .02… get these BEFORE you need them. Because sooner or later you or someone in your family will need them to ease the pain and promote healing. Fortunately Amazon delivered them to us in less than 24 hours! Great product, great price!

Great product love that you can use it as a cold pack as well as a heat pack. Packed freezes as expected and what I like. Most is the ability to quickly heat it up in the microwave, I find that I need to heat it up for somewhere between one minute and one minute and 15 seconds and that’s perfect. Very convenient durable great product love it..

It’s worth figuring it out. The weight, comfort, size are perfect.
The product is good however instructions were iffy. There was no information about how to attach the loose end of the band on the open end of the compress wrap. It took a while to figure it out on my own. Also the microwave heating of the compress was spotty no matter how many extra minutes I gave it to go from cold to warm. There was always a spot that didn’t warm up. Perhaps the compress should not go from freezer cold to be warmed up, but should be at room temperature first. Otherwise it was a life saver as a cold compress.

I probably wrote a review for this soon after I bought it but about six months have passed now. This is a great product. the pouch with a large wrap around strap and solid velco seal work great for placing it solidly just about anywhere on my body, bend knee, around my lower back or just arm, leg or shoulder. With two inserts there is always one spare ready in the freezer and they hold there “cold” great. It just is super for aches and pains. The two pack with a great strap and attached pouch make this a life saver.

Very Happy With This Product
These work well and I have been very happy with this product. Needed to use ice packs on my injured back and these did the trick. Much easier to use than a plastic bag filled with ice. Pop the gel packs in the freezer for an hour or so and they are ready to use. Can freeze and use over and over again. Be sure to order the large size belt if you wear a large size shirt.

Excellent Product
This is exactly what I needed. The included sleeve makes it easy to wrap it around my arms, legs or feed as needed and it always stays in place. The ice pack has a very comfortable cloth like surface and it’s just the right thickness to keep the ice from being too cold on your skin. I just wish there were two sleeves included.

Great ice packs
I’ve used this ice pack set for a few days now and I’m really impressed by a few things in particular:1. How long the ice lasts compared to other ice packs.2. How many places I can use this ice pack. Wasn’t sure if I could wrap around my shoulder, but I ended up wrapping under my arm and then around the top and it worked great!3. I like how much more filling is in these packs compared to others.4. I love that it comes with two packs because I always forget to freeze one right away!

I love ❤️ these. I get very itchy shins and these cool them off. I’ve scratched and used many different creams. These alleviate the itch without causing blood from scratching. They tame the beast.

Ich habe mir dieses Set mit zwei Kühl-/Wärmepads gekauft, weil ich mir den Fuß verletzt hatte und die herkömmlichen Kühlpads einfach nie richtig gehalten haben. Man konnte sie zwar drauflegen, aber sie sind ständig verrutscht – gerade wenn man mal nicht still sitzen will oder kann.Hier ist das anders: Dank der mitgelieferten Tasche mit Klettverschluss lässt sich das Pad ganz einfach am Fuß, Bein oder an anderen Körperstellen fixieren. Das sitzt deutlich besser und verrutscht nicht so leicht. Ein kleiner Wunsch wäre, dass man den Klettverschluss noch etwas strammer einstellen könnte – ab und zu sitzt es nicht ganz so fest, wie ich es gern hätte. Aber das ist wirklich Meckern auf hohem Niveau.Die Pads selbst lassen sich sowohl kühlen als auch erwärmen und machen einen hochwertigen Eindruck. Für mich eine klare Kaufempfehlung – ob bei Verletzungen, Verspannungen oder nach dem Sport: vielseitig, bequem und wirklich durchdacht.

Not sure why, but the ice pack, 1) does not bend well after freezing, 2) cold is not sustained or the wrap is too thick to feel the coldness.
