An excellent knife for hands without good strength or control.
A friend recommended these knives. My hands struggled to hold traditional table knives. I had tried other knives designed for weak, shaking hands. Not much luck. I bought a set of two of these knives. First time I used was on pizza. I was amazed how easy to hold, apply cutting pressure and cut. Knife is nicely balanced, comfortable grip and very sharp. Cuts meat very easily. Quality of knife is excellent. I had convinced myself these were a gimmick and would not work. I am glad to say I was wrong.

My husband uses these to cut meat or even buns as his muscles can no longer hold regular knife. These essh easy in dishwasher.

These saved my butt after shoulder surgery
I had rotator cuff surgery in January, and it was pretty bad, to the point where I wasn’t allowed to move my left arm for 8 weeks after surgery. There were a lot of things I suddenly couldn’t do, including cutting my own food unless it was soft enough for the side of a fork. Bought these and used them pretty much every day, and they were absolutely the greatest thing ever! They easily cut steak and other meats with no effort and I will keep these even though I am two-armed again.
