Effective Relief, Compact and Easy to Use!
This wireless TENS unit has been great for my lower back pain. It’s super easy to use, rechargeable, and the Japanese gel pads stick well without irritating my skin. Works great and makes my period much more bearable.
Love using this machine especially while i am on my period. I usually have very bad cramps but using this machine has helped with the pain. The only drawback is the pads have to be changed every so often but now thinking about it, it probably helps keep it clean so its not a big deal. Also the battery life is quite good and its small and portable. I even took it with me on a flight and made my journey so much easier

Useful but…
I think this was great at alleviating cramps. The only trouble is when you have cramps going through all the steps to set this up are not great. With how long this takes I wish the battery lasted longer. Apart from that it is effective at reducing cramps and I was surprised at how well it worked. I just wish it was as simple as pressing a button. Instead you have to find the pads and apply them before attaching the machine part to it. Too much hassle when in pain. Getting the pads to stick in the right spot without shifting was also frustrating the first time.

Looks nice, but didn’t work for my daughter
My daughter tried this out. Her first impression was that it was very cute. She said it looks like a big, pink band-aid. She found the adhesive difficult to work with. It’s easy to tear when putting on the device, a bit uncomfortable to remove from your skin, and can be messy when removing from the device. The device itself is easy to use, but her reaction says it all. She put it on and pressed the button for dual mode. At first she didn’t feel anything, so she increased the intensity. Immediately she wanted to tear it off. She said it was a tickling sensation, bordering on uncomfortable. It may work for others, but not for her. It’s packaged nicely, so it would make a good gift. However, there are a number of grammatical errors in the instructions.

It is prefect gift for all the ladies who loves to goto the gym and workout. It comes with the wall adapter to charge this device and can be use cordless. It has many mode to simulate the muscles. After using it a few times, I can feel my aches are gone. Battery life is long lasting as well.
