These are an absolute godsend!
I broke my ankle in two places about a month ago & the cast just came off. The hospital only put one screw in, my doctor told me that they should have put two in. They gave me a “walking boot” though I’m not supposed to walk on it just yet. The left side, where they didn’t put a screw in is healing a little bit slower & burns/aches quite a bit. I wear these quite a bit & they provide incredible relief. Although the coldness lasts only around 20 minutes (you’re only supposed to ice it for 20 minutes at a time anyways), they are much more comfortable than the ice packs & with two, I can rotate… throw one in the freezer, while I’m wearing the other, swap them out hourly. Even when I’m wearing the boot, which I only do if I go out or am banging around the house trying to do things, I can wear one of these underneath, so even when the cold runs out, they provide extra cushion as before the boot would be digging into the side of my ankle. Another bonus is that they slide on & off very easily. I love these things!

Immediately Relieved my sore ankles and feet
I’ve been waiting my whole life for these. They are currently providing me endless relief after being on my feet all day. They are stretchy and have a Velcro band at the top for size – fit variance. So far 10 min in still very cold but can’t comment on duration yet. Will come back to edit after they aren’t cold anymore. (No free toe pics, but a pup)

Best thing I have gotten in a long time. I am recovering from ankle surgery and needed something that could snug my foot and ankle. I throw it in freezer and slip it on my bare foot! Omg game changer! Feels amazing. Can also use as heat. The sizing i chose was perfect according to their chart.

I had learned a lot and wanted something that would help me a little, so I asked for it and I don’t regret it, honestly I feel better. You can put it on as you see fit, hot or cold, however you like, it adjusts quite well

I sprained one ankle and twisted the other on the way down, so I was keen to do some icing. Bags of peas and plastic gel bags flop around and are hard to put/keep in place. I bought a pair of these. Grab them from the fridge and slide them on in 2 seconds. Dreamy! Soft, snug but not too snug to cause pain and stay cold for at least 15 minutes (honestly I haven’t timed). I wear a pair of very thin socks to keep them clean. They even came with a nice slide lock plastic bag to use in the freezer.

Got it at 3pm. Popped it in the freezer and at 4:30 pulled it out an it was so cold! Felt amazing. I have a “bad”ankle. It rolls and is always clicking. Hurts every night. This has helped. I never used to ice it. But this is easy and convienent and oh so cold! Super soft texture. Would give it a 7 out of 5 if I could!

Exactly what I was looking for. Smart design, they get wildly cold as well which is fantastic! I have planters fasciitis. And an old break in my arm that gets sore. These help with flare ups. They fit well. I am 200 pounds 5’9. I don’t have big wrists or ankles. But I would say they would stretch out if needed.
