Very easy to use and works great.
This Jar opener requires no strength, jar lids pop open instantly when you use this little tool, and the lids turn easily then. I have used it on relish jars and spaghetti sauce jars. Great to use, especially if you have arthritis or a hand injury.

Awesome to open jars! When I was younger I never worried about getting a jar open, but now my hands don’t work as well. I ordered this but thought it probably wouldn’t work, but it wasn’t expensive so I ordered it. Last night I used it for the first time to open a pickle jar and it worked great!

Everyone should own one.
Not just for seniors. Everyone should own one. Everyone encounters a hard to open jar. This helps by lifting the lid just a TINY bit and allowing air to slip under the lid. After that, you can either open the jar by hand, or use a gripper to open the jar — easily. It really works, and there’s nothing else I’ve ever seen that does this specific thing. It works on “regular” screw-type lids, which are thin, but some lids are very thick (like 1/2” high) and it won’t work there.

Jar popper/opener
This small kitchen item is wonderful!!! It’s a jar popper and makes it easy to open jars, especially if you have arthritis or trouble with your hands. You place the popper on the jar lid, lift up until you hear a pop. Now open the jar with one easy twist. It’s a must have in your kitchen!!!

Works great for arthritic hands. Built really well, good value, and easy to use. Wasn’t sure about it, but it makes opening jars a lot easier by popping the seal, and not damaging the cap so the jar/bottle can be resealed.

Helpful gadget
If you buy food in vacuum-sealed jars, this is a must. Just pop the seal with this little gadget and the jar opens easily. I bought this to replace a similar opener that broke after years of use. It was nicer than this one, but this one was cheap.

This works so well
For years now because of disc disease in my neck and difficulty using force with my right hand I have been using cans of tomato puree and tomato sauce instead of the bottled sauces that I love. Well, this $5 item changed my life and it works so easily. You just have to make sure that you get the device under one of the tabs as opposed to the open area of the lid but it just takes a few tries to get that. And with minimal effort it works. Even if it does break after 20 times it’s still worth it but I have a feeling it will last a long time.
