Has chronic pain destroyed your life? A majority of Americans at some point will be laid out because of pain and many will never recover from it. Epidemic risks of pain include getting hooked on opioid medications and can lead to serious addiction, risky epidurals, and even failed surgeries. Many of my patients have confessed they are afraid of going “under the knife” or don’t want to “pop pills”. In the course of my twenty year career I have helped thousands of people overcome pain. In this book, I share my experience with sexual abuse that started a destructive pattern that led to disease and hopelessness. Then, I share my personal journey of healing through fibromyalgia, auto-immune disease, thyroid disease, chronic fatigue, and irritable bowel syndrome driving problems and pain.
This book outlines how natural health can be easy. Learning to listen to your body and try alternative treatments may lead you to gaining control of your own health.
