Faulty back
Flimsy the back keeps falling off and the batteries fall out..it needs to be more secure.

Good pulse oximeter for occasional use
This pulse oximeter seems to work decently well as designed. I compared the results from this and my watch, and the results were similar. I’m not sure if there was an issue with the reading, but I never got 100% saturation reading with this. Overall, it did the job that it was designed to do.

Horrible horrible horrible.
It worked till it didn’t. Once the battery dies you can’t even change it and the charger doesn’t work. The screen flickers and then turns off. Wouldn’t recommend.

Works Well
My elderly father, who lives with me, has lung disease. He has almost needed to wear oxygen before, and his doctor suggested that we have a pulse ox at home to check his blood oxygen saturation. This one is easy to use, and gives quick readings that we need of pulse, Oxygen Saturation and respiration rate. It uses two AAA batteries which is convenient because we always have those on hand. It is small enough to fit in a pocket, and it also has a sturdy lanyard to wear around your neck. It is easy for me and my father to read at night too with the LED display that lights up. We did take this by my dad’s doctor’s office today, and let his staff assess it and compare it to their office one. It gave the same readings as their office one so we feel good about using it. The staff said they were impressed that it was a good value for the price. The staff said it would be a good thing for me to use after workouts too to monitor what my heart rate and pulse ox are.
