Disappointed. My parent is not far gone enough for this. It says not childish. I disagree. More simplistic than traditional matching game.

PRETTY GOOD
You get three firm sheets each of which has six photos on a theme: animals, landmarks, historical images. You also get three baggies of six photos. The basic object of the game is just to match the photos to the pictures on the sheets.A sheet of suggestions is provided as well as a Fun Facts Discussion Guide which struck me as more appropriate for youngsters. Certainly this set could also be used by a young child, but the target audience of dementia patients is pretty clear.Everything is well made, but I prefer the actual set to the accompanying printed materials.

I had forgotten that I had bought this for my Dad (in addition to a bunch of other items), for Christmas and so I just recently came across it. It’s too bad, because i definitely would’ve returned it. Unless the senior that you’re caring for is in a very badly confused state or in very late stage of dementia, this activity would be way too easy. The person that bought this before me must’ve thought the same thing as well, but not before bending a bunch of the corners on the cards.
