Exactly what I needed
This was exactly what I was looking for. My shop doesn’t have internet access and terrible cellular access. The install of this know was easier than removing the old know. I opened the package and plugged the know in to charge in my house. Later, while still in my house, I configured the knob with my code and fingerprints using the app. I tested multiple ways to unlock and all worked perfectly. I then took the knob to my shop and installed it. Once installed, testing was just as successful away from Internet and cellular. Fingerprint, code, key and app (via Bluetooth) worked flawlessly and quickly. I even added more fingerprints via Bluetooth quickly and easily. I am extremely happy and can only hope that it’s durable and lasts a long time. I would recommend this product based on this experience and will have to wait and see how it lasts over time.

Great Smart Door Lock – works great!
To start, it has a very straightforward and helpful guide on how to get set-up with the functionality of it and also the installation. That is a great start.In case of emergency, it comes with a set of keys.It comes with a charge so you are able to use it immediately. I found that it charges quite fast. Upon getting the app, it was quick to add the device. I find the app user-friendly and with a simple interface. You are able to mute or lower the sound from the knob, manage members and a little more. You can also use your app to lock and unlock. So you have about 4 options to unlock with this device: app, key, pin, and fingerprint :)My partner was the one to install it and it took him less than 20 mins, roughly 10-15 as long as you don’t run into any kinks with the door.As for the knob, it feels very sturdy, it’s nicely designed, and very responsive. My favorite is the fingerprint option and you have an option to add up 20 prints. You can also add different pins and randomize it so that may be useful for Airbnb’s or visitors. The buttons light up which is good if it’s dark.I think this is a good value and I’m satisfied and happy with this smart knob. I highly recommend 🙂

Installed very quickly but the app is confusing and every time I try to add someone even once it says they are added it still doesn’t work. So lock works great but app needs help.

Keeps the kids out perfectly!
I have the same door knob for my pantry without the numbers. The setup was super quick and easy to replace the old knob and keep my kids out. I added this one to my office/spare room and it is working great! Fast recognition of fingerprints/code, fit perfectly from my original knob replacement.

Not able to be managed my App. Does work
This thing does not work. First off the promise of “seamless” user management with App does not exist. You have to be right next to the handle to change anything, so having the app is valueless, unless you get a gateway which must be plugged into an electrical outlet near the lock. So if you go to change the code remotely after a dubious guest or tenant leaves and they removed the gateway you are screwed. You have to buy a gateway. What is that? Well their 24 hour a day customer service line never answers and leaves you a return message in the middle of the night because clearly they are in some other country. The message never answers the question, just that they are calling you back. Same with an email. If you go to their website, you can maybe suss out what you think is a gateway. Then when you get it it has no instructions. And the first one didn’t function.(costs too much to return) The second one possibly functioned but it turns out the actual “keyless” knob was not working right. We bought this so we would have a dead bolt and this keyless entry on our rental property so we would not have to change the locks every time we got new tenants (in case they had gone out and made copies of the keys we could keep the dead bolt key and change the code every time). And could deal with changing the keyless code remotely as we live out of state. Well after a month of tinkering with it and $100 extras costs we had to leave and none of the codes worked. We had to leave the emergency key! We had to pay the Handyman to install a different knob, another $150 for labor and materials so no one would be accidentally locked out. And after such poor customer service response by that time it was after the return window had closed on all their stuff. Wastes of time, money and effort. Very stressful for something that was supposed to be seamless. Also the 19 times the passcodes worked you had to press a key, any key before your passcode to trigger the pad. Try explaining that to guests and having them get it wrong with remote check in at 1 am? Absolutely not easy to use.

So convenient!!
I use this lock so I can get though the back door of my garage from the patio. It saves a lot of trips back through the house to the garage. It has worked flawlessly for nearly 2 months now and the battery still reads 3/4 full. Better performance than I expected! Highly recommend this lock!

Sturdy, easy to install and set up
This is a well made doorknob/lock combo. It is made from high quality materials. It fits well and feels very solid. It was easy to install and set up. The app is easy to use and connect to. It looks good on the door. I am using this on an interior door and wanted something that would blend in better than the locks with the big keypads. This is a perfect solution! I love the different settings and especially the auto-lock feature. I would highly recommend this product!
