This heating pad is amazing. I’ve has it for over a year and use it daily. My stomach is paralyzed and it is often the only thing that helps after meals.I did run into the blinking light issue well after a year. I contacted the company and they extended my warranty and sent me a new one. It shipped in 2 days. This company goes above and beyond for thier customers. I can’t say enough good things about them. So happy to have my new one so soon. Thank you so much

Best heating pad!
This is the perfect heating pad. Sitting on recliner it almost covers my legs, I’m 5’4”. It has 6 heat settings and a 30 min, 60 min, it 90 min timer. It is weighted so without the heat it is still nice. If you are on the cold side, I would get this, it is so nice and warming!

Beads bunch up and won’t spread back out.
Over all the heat is good, has an on/off toggle switch that locks out the push buttons which I like. I personally sleep with a heating pad and this is my second weighted heating pad. This one is larger than my first which is why I opted to get this one. What I DO NOT like about this heating pad is that the weight beads have migrated to the edges on the pad and no matter how much I shake I cant get them to disburse back across the pad. I have never had this issue with any weighted items I have had where I couldn’t get the beads to spread back out.

I used this heating pad after having a hysterectomy and it was wonderful , it was not to heavy , matter of fact because it’s weighted , it kept the heat evenly where I needed it !!

Multiple pads did not work
I like the size, and I want it a weighted pad, but the 7 lb is a little bit too heavy. Although I put the automatic shut off on the 2 hour setting, it keeps shutting off after 30 minutes. The six heat settings is a plus though.I’m adding to my review. To begin with, this company has tried to make it right and I appreciate that. But I am on the third heating pad, they’ve replaced it twice. The first one had problems with auto shut off, and the second one did not work straight out of the box and the company did send me 2 replacements. So good customer service in that respect. Today the original heating pad that had problems with the auto shut off just stopped working. The lights on the indicator just started blinking, which was the same thing that happened with the first replacement. I’m not even going to contact the company because I don’t want to just keep sending heating pads to the landfill. If this one dies I’m going to order from completely different manufacturer.
