Teeth cause malfunction
Vibrant colors love the belt, however; when using this item the teeth do not grab the belt to ensure it doesn’t slip/come undone while lifting patients.

Wife used it in rehab. Claimed if you had to use one, might as well make it pretty. Rehab tech comment that it was very well made and they would use it professionally.

Works Well for Transfers, Gait, and Balance Training
I work with patients who require a gait belt for transfers as well as gait and balance training, and I recently needed a replacement. I chose this one because I was drawn to its cheerful colors and attractive design.The belt measures 60 inches and is made of 100% polyester. However, the product description is a bit unclear, stating that it is both “hand-wash only” and “machine washable.” It includes a loop to adjust for smaller individuals and supports up to 250 pounds. The quick-release buckle is easy to use and functions well.Although this belt is thinner than the traditional 100% cotton belts (about 1/8 inch thick), it meets my needs and works perfectly for my clients.

Great belt for transfers
This gait belt is very long so it would have no trouble fitting around a larger person. It’s very strong and sturdy so it works great. It has an extra loop to the keep the excess out of the way. Looks way better than the standard hospital issue one. The colors are bright. Definitely recommended for caregivers of the disabled or elderly.

very nice Gait Belt
The belt is made from a sturdy material and it really holds up nicely and makes caring for someone who needs assistance a lot more easy. The belt secures a little loose around the waist and the caretaker is then able to hold on to each side of it to assist ambulation without holding onto the patient’s arms or body and possibly causing harm unintentionally. This belt is awesome and if you are in need, I highly recommend.

Nice, long, easy to use
Works well, gentle on residents, easy to use, with a cute design. Definitely worth the price so far it’s held up with me though I’ve only had it for a few months no sign of damage or fraying.
