Be careful size you order got large cause that’s what size I am large and medium it can get really tight if you do check ur size properly it did help me with my posture a lot with keeping my back straghit it’s very good to work out with and I can hide it easily under my everyday close it make my waist look tighter

This was good at first. The material seems to stretch after a few times wearing it. The zipper broke after my 3rd time wearing it! And the hook at the top came off after 1 wash. Lastly those inserts start to push up against your sides .. but definitely good sweating conductor!

My husband got me this! Because I wanted something that kinda snatches on my way to waist training! I’m on the very last button on it and it’s still very comfortable while still sucking me in! I couldn’t believe it ! As a bonus it’s a super cute pink color! That I love! I definitely will buy the XS! Once this is comfortable !♡♡
