It looks just like a regular deadbolt, which I love no bulky keypad or weird gadget look.Everything smart is hidden inside, so it keeps my door looking clean and modern.Installation was super easy. I’m not very handy, but it only took about 10–15 minutes with a screwdriver. The app walks you through each step and connects quickly.Once it was set up, the lock worked perfectly. I can unlock it from my phone, share access with family, and it even locks automatically when I leave.It’s been really reliable no connection issues or weird delays.It also feels solid and well-made, not cheap at all. You’d never know there’s smart tech inside just by looking at it.Overall, this lock checks every box! Easy to install, looks great, and works smoothly. Very disappointed! Doesn’t connect to wi-fi or Alexa as advertised
I was super excited about the possibiliities of this lock, but it has been nothing but headaches and has cost me hundreds of dollars trying to get it to work properly. It does not easily connect to wi-fi or Amazon Alexa as advertised. The tech support although they are responding to emails and someone answered their customer service number has been very minimal with the troubleshooting…and what they have told us to try hasn’t worked. The only thing that is working is the lock app on bluetooth, but I bought this for the wi-fi and Alexa capability, so the functionality is not what I had hoped at all and I stuck because the time we have spent trying to get it to work properly and then having to hire someone to assist-which by the way he has come 3 times, spent hours trying to trouble shoot and talking to the support via phone or via the emails without successfully getting the lock to work properly. This guy has done other technology projects for me and they have all been successful and pretty quick. For the cost of this lock, very disappointed!!!! Unless you just want this to work on the bluetooth wiht the app at your home…save your money. 🙁

Not for Older Homes
If you have an older home, Do Not buy this. It is for new standard doors. This lock acts possessed and locks at all different timex and has locked me out. I paid a handyman to install it, so what do I do now? Customer service has no good remedies.
