Perfect – cold and soothing
These gloves take the screaming pain out of my arthritic fingers. Very cold but it’s gel, so my hot fingers temper the cold. I read most of the reviews for all the cold gloves and chose this one for a couple reasons. One, the gloves are sized and the S/M is a good fit. Two, the woman who started this company has sore hands. Just look at the other products offered to confirm this. The fabric is soothing as well. Just what I needed, and my sore fingers feel better in minutes.

Comfortable and helpful for joint pain
These are clutch for my RA!Flexible and easy to wear. My only complaint is that they do not stay cold more than 10 minutes, but man those 10 minutes are fantastic!Word to the wise, they do see to run a little big but that’s fine with me.They are solidly made and have some weight to them. I like this as it’s kind of like a weighted blanket effect for your hands.I’d recommend them for sure as they work very well – just not very long.PLEASE make an ice pack with this similar material for hips or other larger parts of the body. I’d come back and get one in an instant.

Recommend, but they warm up fast
Amazing! They’re great quality and very comfortable, and they got cold enough to use in two hours. I may have carpal tunnel syndrome again so it’s nice that these gloves cover my wrist. I also have really stiff fingers that hurt to bend, and these gloves cover every joint. I wish I had bought these when my hands first got started hurting right after Christmas. UPDATE: they only stay ice cold for about 10 to 15 minutes ☹️ I have to put one of my ice packs with Velcro straps over them to get 20 to 30 minutes of icing. I still like the gloves…I just hope they improve the icing time.

Great gloves
I ordered a large because I wear ex large for women’s gloves. They are quite roomy and I really like how they cover my wrists. As I broke one in Feb. and also have some arthritis. They might not stay cold very long. But they are comfortable and help with the pain.

Ineffective: too little gel.
As other reviews state, these do not stay cold for long. Less than 5 minutes. Admittedly, not much gel (if any) likely fits in the fingers.
