The best headset I have owned in a long time!
Lets start with how comfortable it is, it wont bother your ear at all, the cushion is super soft. The audio is very clear, I love that the mic moves up and down so that when you are off a call you can move the mic back up. I have a VERY soft voice so for people to actually say they can hear me well and CLEARLY is a plus! Last but not least the battery on this headset is amazing! I can use it ALL day without having to recharge it right away. I usually do charge it during lunch break but the times that I have forgotten to charge it during lunch it will last the entire 8 hour shift without charge. Its def my new fav headset. Working in call centers for 18 yrs and have used several other expensive brands this one is it! you will love it!

Small price, big performance
I purchased this to use when working remotely from home. The company uses Microsoft Teams for our phone system. The headset connects quickly via Bluetooth and works flawlessly with Teams. An incoming call can be answered by tapping the button and ended the same way. And the sound quality is superb. And at the end of the work week the battery is still showing slightly better than 50%! For a relatively inexpensive headset it can’t be beat

Good value
Bought for my friend. She likes it, says it is comfortable. When speaking with her it sounds clear. The manual says “ it does not provide the local active noise reduction function.”? So I guess the person on the other line can’t hear your background noise, but when using the product you will hear the background noise, which makes sense since it’s only covering one ear.

Noise canceling unless they are right next to your mic. Im able to have toddler in room and work from home. Love this brand. Also if you wfh, it shows up as wired and not Bluetooth. Any headset wirh dongle looks to be wired. Only downfall is it randomly turns down the mic volume during falls so im mot sure if it’s bc the sound adjusts to your voice while on the phone bu5 thsts the only thingbi dislike.

Great Value For All-Day Use!
I have been struggling to find an off-brand bluetooth headset that pairs with my iPhone to use in my home office, and the LEVN Bluetooth Headset is my latest attempt to find something that actually works! I started using it the day I received it, which was yesterday, February 5, 2024. It was quick to charge with it’s USB charger, which comes with the headset, and it took just a few seconds to pair it with my iPhone. I used it and spoke with people over the telephone for a 6-hour period of time and I had no issues at all. The line was clear and everybody I spoke to could also hear me clearly.I like that the mute feature is easily accessed by pressing the outside of the earpiece and an automated voice alerts you that mute has been turned on or off. The volume is just right and I also like that the phone stays charged for over 30+ hours. Like with any headset, my ear does get a little bothered from wearing it for several hours and the band across my head feels a little too tight, but that’s normal. I have never had one that was so lightweight that I forgot it was there. My only concern is that Apple may block me from using it because the last off-brand headset that I tried to use with my iPhone only lasted a couple of weeks. Once I did an update on my iPhone, the software blocked it from pairing with my cell phone ever again and I was truly disappointed. I have noted the date I started using this cell phone in my review so that I can come back here and update my feedback if the same thing happens again, if any new issues occur, or if I would like to add more positive feedback. For now, I remain optimistic and will continue to use it daily!
