Don’t waste your money!
Tried two different cell phones and could not get it to work. The unit itself will work ok. However, once the emergency button is pushed (on the wrist band or the separate transmitter), the alarm goes off ok, but you can’t turn the sound off unless you go to where the main unit is plugged into an outlet and push the power switch. My wife is in hospice care and the actual alarm unit that you have to plug into and outlet is placed in the living room so everyone can hear it. Every time she uses it from her bedroom, someone has to go to the living room and turn it off and then on again to make the alarm stop.
Weak handle design –
Device not pairing
The SOS buttons on the wrist band and the remote could not pair according to instructions. So, the entire device is useless. I tried to access technical support but got no response. I tried searching on the internet but didn’t find any solution for the problem. Additionally, the device’s manual is written in unclear to understand. I have to return the device.

Long-Lasting Battery Life
The battery lasts a long time, and I don’t have to worry about replacing it frequently. The pager continues to perform reliably for extended periods before needing a charge.
