My husband is not lost anymore!
I recently purchased the Echo Show 15, and it has been a game-changer for our family! My husband is always lost when it comes to our schedule, and with my daughter having so many dance and acro classes, I was tired of constantly reminding him or being asked every single day. With the Echo Show 15, all our schedules are now right on the screen, easy for everyone to see. Oh and I love that I can hang it on my wall!I use it primarily for our calendar reminders, and it has completely taken the stress off my shoulders. I love that I can display our family’s schedule front and center, and my husband can finally keep track without having to ask me! On top of that, I really enjoy the news reports and the other widgets. It’s nice to glance at the screen and get quick updates on what’s happening in the world.Overall, the Echo Show 15 has made our home feel more organized and connected. It’s not just a smart display, it’s truly a family helper. Highly recommend!

Echo Show 21 Exceeds my Expectations for Usefulness and Value
Really enjoying the larger size of the Echo Show 21 relative to the smaller version that we’ve had on our kitchen wall for the past three years. The larger size allows for more widgets to be added per Home Screen, although not all widgets can assume multiple sizes. It’s much easier to watch TV on this size screen and the sound is excellent. Note that the screen is not anti-glare, so reflections are inevitable.I looked for some easy way to allow the screen to be tilted from side to side for better viewing, but the available monitor mounting brackets make it stick out too far from the wall. Since this wasn’t acceptable for my kitchen location, I just used the Amazon mounting brackets that is included with the Echo Show 21. This mounting bracket is excellent , but fixes the device against the wall with no adjustability.Bottom line, this is excellent value for the money given its high level of usefulness and entertainment value. I purchased as a Black Friday deal, with made it more cost-effective. Highly recommended!!

Love it. It’s a beast.
I upgraded from the Echo Show 15 in my kitchen. The 21 is a beast but it mounted on the same adjustable mount with no issues. It’s also a lot more responsive although the 15 was an older version. Like new actually meant like new, complete with power supply, remote, wall mount, template, and screws. The included booklet was for the 15, but it’s identical in every aspect that the booklet covers. The home screen widgets are fiddly to get how you want them, not particularly user friendly, but acceptable on the whole. My 15 recently started sucking data for some reason, which pushed my internet usage almost over the cap, and I had to factory reset it to resolve so I will be monitoring. Alexa+ is an interesting aspect to get used to!

So far working good on the Ethernet
Apart from the usual Alexa features, I wanted test whether this unit can work on the Ethernet, instead of WiFi. With the right kind of adapter, it holds good on Ethernet, with occasional disconnections. So far I have two disconnections – first time when I restarted the device; and second time a random disconnection overnight.In both cases, I had to disconnect the power to the Ethernet adapter and then power it again.Here is the set up that I was able to get it connected to Ethernet:Peripherals needed:Amazon Ethernet Adapter for Amazon Fire TV ( https://a.co/d/5ko9pFm )A power adapter for this (something similar to https://a.co/d/gjkdEkL but I reused my old fire phone power adapter and cable)Power up the Ethernet adapter with power from USB and connect it to the USB Micro port that Echo Show has, next to its power socket.That’s it, its now connected to internet and unlike the old Echo Shows, the new ones will explicitly show a message that it is connected to wired network.

Great helper
It seems to have a hard time switching between devices. As long as you use it for your light it works great on the light but if you want to switch to your TV or another device to control it doesn’t seem to be able to distinguish that your trying to control another device. Other than that it works great, picture it quality os good especially just to have a small tv or something on in the kitchen.

Something was wrong with this. Amazon needs to do better testing on refurbished units
This did not work well. The controls were very laggy and it kept crashing. The display looked wonderful but disappointed as it was barely functional. Screen size is nice and Alexa connectivity is good if it would not crash.
