Much better than steel ramps
I bought these to replace a pair of 6′ long steel ramps because the bed on my new Tacoma is a lot higher off the ground than on my old Ford Ranger, and longer ramps will reduce the incline, but I didn’t want to put up with even more weight because the steel ramps are already a bit unwieldy. I don’t have exact numbers off hand, but I’d say the pair of these 1.5′ longer aluminum ramps weigh less than just one of the 6′ steel ramps, and because they fold in half its a lot easier to load them into the bed, even if it is only 5′ long. And if you can get them for about the same price as the 6′ long steel ones then it’s a no-brainer.That said, the hinge does make these ramps a little more “springy” than the straight steel kind and are obvious failure points, so I wouldn’t come anywhere close to their max load rating of 750# per ramp, nor would I trust them for everyday/commercial use, but they seem plenty sturdy for occasional use of up to about 500# per ramp.

Great quality set of ramps
Used these a few times and they work great for loading & unloaded my dirt bike. The included safety straps help secure the ramps to the tailgate. Fold up nicely when done and are light enough to load in truck bed.

Very strong and Sturdy
I have about 5 different sets of ramps. This is my favourite now. My feet can’t slide through twisting my ankle, it’s super strong and lightweight. Finally found a worthy ramp solution!

Loghtwieight; easy to use
Easy to use; store. Lightweight. I don’t know, though, if I would trust it with a 1500-lb. load

Nice ramps
I used these all summer to load mowers and they worked well. The only thing I can complain about is that they could use a more aggressive raised area to aid in traction when loading on taller trailers.

Good and sturdy, at a good price.

Easy loading
I’ve used a trailer for my atv pulled behind a pickup. Sometimes it’s hard to get turned around, on narrow logging roads, with the trailer. These ramps make it so easy and fast to load the atv and it’s much easier to get turned around. 5 stars from me.

Super helpful
I use these to load our heavy electric bikes into the bed of our Ford F-250. I run the bike up one ramp while I walk up the other. They are easy to set up and don’t move once I tighten them down with the provided straps. I am worried about sharp edges as they all seem rough, so I do wear gloves to move them around. Other than that, I am very happy to have found these.
