Great help for back pain!
I found this product immediately helpful and it brought me relief:- Comfortable material that has some stretch so if feels good to wear.- Velcro “wings” make it easy to put on and take off.- comes with 3 components:1 – Cloth waist pouch (kind of like a “fanny pack”) which holds the inserts.2 – Gel pack inserts. They can be microwaved for heat or frozen for cold.- size is a good fit for me. I am 5-7″ tall.Holds heat and cold for a nice long time and lasting relief.I’d buy this again if needed.

Expect Velcroe Fastening To Weaken – Less Than A Month – Frequent Use
Are ALL of these highly rated reviews for real? Or, are they too generous? Although it does work for heating my painful lower back, my gel velcroe pack lasted lest than one month. The velcroe wrap that holds the gel pack is absolute junk (probably made in China). It no longer holds (i.e. fastening grip) around your body (for me). Furthermore, the advertised picture shows a completely different name, and the size implicates it’s larger. Wrapped around the woman model’s petite body? At least I didn’t over pay! There’s got to be better out there!
