Amazon says they’re reusable, the package says they can be reused 5-7 times. I use the TENS unit every morning for 30 minutes. I reuse the pads for a minimum of 3 weeks (> 21 times) and sometimes just over 5 weeks ( over 35 times) before needing replacement. The conductivity only drops slightly (might need to go up one notch on the signal) I wear them under clothes and sit in an easy chair when in use. At the end, when I remove them they twist and adhere to the clothes from the sitting. I use Voltaran which I apply after using the TENS. If I space and do the Voltaran first it will reduce the re-usability a little.I very highly recommend them. They work and they last.
