As accurate as at the doctor’s office!
I work in the medical field. Finding an affordable and accurate wrist cuff is hard to find. After reading the reviews for the Lotfancy, I ordered it. I took it along to compare it to the blood pressure readings that were taken in 3 different doctor’s offices. It read EXACTLY the SAME pressure! I have no doubt that this monitor is accurate, as long as you follow their directions. You are not sacrificing quality for the price! I have found it easy to use, and it has enough options to match the more expensive monitors. Why pay more?? Awesome find-amazing price! Thank you for such a great, affordable quality product!

Perfect!
Needed an easy to use monitor that didn’t require pulling my arm out of a sleeve to keep track of blood pressure since I was out on medication that I now know I didn’t need! Recommended by my PT to track blood pressure- just don’t put it on upside down! Lol

One of the easiest models to use
This worked well for our family. Even the kids were able to use it and get a pretty accurate reading. I was a little skeptical because the have such tiny wrists. The instructions are well written and it is easy to use. It only has 2 memory channels to recall the last reading, but I suppose that is generally enough and comes in handy. It works well and comes with a nice storage case. Definitely recommend to include this in your first aid kit. Be sure to have your wrist level with your heart as directed for an accurate reading.Pros: easy to useCons: faulty readings if not used properly

Use STANDING UP at break in Excercize!
I’m a 70+ yr old Tennis Player/long Walker concerned about “exceeding my Systolic” limits (170’s OK,or 200’s Ooops!)I find I can pause WHILE STANDING and take an “accurate enough +/- 5 points)” reading, having found my particular Idle Support Palm to top of stomach cradling my Wrist Height geometry (IMPORTANT, need to experiment to find).A steal at $16, immediately bought a spare (just as accurate and reliable) and a belt pouch (Kodak 8820185 Amazon $7), though just sticking a finger thru the cuff coil is enough to easily secure in palm while walking. For the long haul (lost, stolen), should I buy a third before the price zooms? Tried others NG, but like this product

Good Purchase
Purchased this for my Mother and she absolutely loves how easy it is to operate. It’s large print so results are easily read. Accurate readings and stores away nice & neat.

Easy to use and accurate
Like the ease of use and surprised by the accuracy. I had heard that wrist BP devices are not as accurate as ones used on the bicep. I have both and the readings from day to day were in the same area as each other. And the price was great. Well worth it. The battery compartment looks like it might have issues down the line but for the price, you can’t expect a high-end German product.

Works but not accurate
Has nice features but you can take your blood pressure reading several times and get several readings so it does not give you a true accurate level.

Don’t buy!!!!
Nice item but false 5 star reviews so freakin disappointing it reads all freaken high I take vitals at work every freaking day and never seen inconsistencies of numbers I done followed all the directions and my blood pressure keeps say 174/112 or it would be 148/112 WTF 🤬 waste of money.

Totally inaccurate and a waste of money

It’s a nice compact gadget, but it would be better if it was accurate…the readings are much higher than my Omron, and far and away from reality… sometimes more than double what they should be. It seems to be quite sensitive to incorrect positioning on the cuff and the height of your arm in relation to your heart. Even when everything is right the device still does not give accurate readings. Very disappointing. The device is so inaccurate it may actually be faulty or not calibrated from factory correctly. When received the screen was already scratched out of the box so I’m wondering if this was return item recycled.
