Great product but measure your belly, not your waist!
The back brace appears very well made, comfortable and adjustable for better lower back support. Unfortunately I did not see the warning to NOT USE PANTS SIZE WHEN ORDERING so I am returning after measuring my midsection with a tape, and purchasing the larger size to fit properly.

I’ve had back surgery and need a fusion. I love this brace! It helps hold my core in to keep the strength in my back. It’s comfortable enough that I sleep in it every night. Highly recommend for lumbar back problems.

Great product for lower back
I was sceptical when I first got this looking at it. Once I figured out how to adjust the belt size everything workout ok. I will only add this, I had surgery about 5 yrs ago incarcerated hernia and still have issues with anything pushing on my stomach area for any length of time. The belt like most others seems to not provide enough coverage across the front stomach area without it feeling like it was digging into me. For someone without any medical issues in that regard, this product would be wonderful. I could feel the effects of the back support once I placed the item on and tightened or pulled the side strings it has. So , I would recommend this to anyone, except maybeto someone that has had the herina mesh placed in stomach area.

Comfortable enough considering my back pain
Had a failed back surgery more than 20 years ago. Now and then I need to use a brace till it decides I have had enough. This brace seems to be good support and able to pull tight. Good stiff support (which they all break down and become uncomfortable) but the ability to extend or reduce the size is quite nice to get the proper overlap for whatever size you are. Back section also extends to help give a little more upper support that most just dont.

Why does this exist?
Just made my herniated disc worse. Turns out you can achieve the same effect as this brace by simply lying flat on your back with your knees bent.
