I have no regrets with my purchase. I was quite hesitant at first but the quality is amazing and I haven’t slept this well in a very long time. the size is pretty ideal, the design is everything, the firmness is just what I needed and it works well with my back pain. I will definitely be purchasing from this brand again.

Good lumbar support in the car.
This has helped to fill the gap between my car seat and lower back. As someone who has had two lumbar surgeries, I have a really hard time doing longer drives or driving on a bad day. It felt a little awkard at first, but I later felt that I was sitting more upright in the car and the second day was even better. I like that it is not too fluffy, its a nice memory foam feeling on your lower back. I recommend it over the bigger lumbar supports, this felt more natural against my spine.

For Those Who Sleep in Same Position all Night
Well, for openers I didn’t feel I slept any better, nor did my back hurt any less, when I got up in the morning after using this pillow for two nights. But what I’d really love to know exactly how it’s supposed to be placed; the online description shows it sideways under your waist area, while the instruction booklet enclosed with the pillow shows it placed lengthwise. So which is it? I tried both, with no noticeable difference. The other issue I have is that I don’t sleep in the same position all night; and when I roll over, the pillow does not. If I want it under my body again, I have to physically move it there (maybe I could find a way to tie it in place, but honestly, that’s just too much bother). On the plus side, it IS comfortable in a chair – including my recliner and computer chair – so it will get some use. And the cover is washable, so there’s that.

I’ve struggled with nighttime backaches for months – this pillow fixed it! The memory foam is firm but soft, hugging my lower back perfectly whether I sleep on my side or back. It stays in place all night (no shifting mid-snore) and never flattens out. After a week, my morning stiffness was gone. I really like it!
