    Be patient putting it together
Came the next day, at first I tried it and was discouraged that it didn’t fit. Be patient, open the bracket and push the solid little piece in middle all the way out so will fit on walker then slide the arm rest pole in with little solid piece pushed all the way inside. It’s a very tight fit but in end more stable. The pole needs to be pretty much as low as can go, may be too high for anyone under 5feet 4 inches. FYI only one piece comes in package so only for someone with a walker and one bad hand or wrist. Perfect for broken wrist that needs 6 weeks to heal.

Wonderful aid if you can’t put any pressure on your hand
Just what the doctor ordered for my carpal tunnel surgery.

    DON’T USE UPS!
The unit appears well built and seems to work well. Don’t return via UPS pickup .. they will just leave a label and say it wasn’t ready even tho they left the label on the item to be returned.

Does not work on certain type of walker. Crappy company customer service.
I needed to return this but the return policy is so far difficult. I have yet to see if the manufacturer will let me return this. Amazon does not accept returns from this company. Instead, you have to contact the manufacturer through email. No phone customer service. The problem was that my walker only has one horizontal bar on the side. So the top bracket has to be attached to the hand grip but it was too narrow. I tried reinforcing with a zip tie but it was not stable and certainly not safe at all! Unfortunately, I also have another product that I purchased through Amazon from this company that I need to return. It should not be so difficult to return a product. I do not appreciate filling up a form for refund asking for bank account details.

    Protects my hand
This platform is great for protecting my hand after thumb surgery. I can’t grip with the hand I had surgery on as yet and I need a hip replacement, so am using a walker at this time. I can maneuver very well with the walker and not use my injured hand for pushing or lifting. You can also adjust it up if you’re taller and it adjusts from side to side to where it is most comfortable. Only reason it got a 4 star and not a 5 star is because no one can make it fit over the hand cushions. It shows it’s supposed to fit there, but techs with my therapy group couldn’t make it fit. Opted to put it in front of the hand cushion. Works well there and is secure. I can go places again! A cane didn’t work for me cause it’s my right hand and my left hip. There was more pane with a cane. This works so much better now!

    Arm carrier for walker!!
My mom had a stroke on January 2, and the rehab center did not have the right equipment for her. I purchased a left-hand side carrier for the arm so she could walk a lot easier with the walker. My mom now is walking very easily. And she is getting stronger. and it was so easy to put together. I’m very satisfied. Thank you.

    Can’t return item
The quality is fine. The Kane, part of the armrest is too long and would need to be cut off due to my short size. There was no way to return this item listed like Amazon normally has instead it offered troubleshooting suggestions and no option for return to Amazon or manufacturer. Be careful

    Poor design
A mechanical engineer did not design this item. Upright posts not strong enough. Plastic clamps for hand grips do not keep grip from turning.poor design
