Compression stockings
These nylon compression hose are great. They are comfortable and feel good. They wash up nicely in the washer but I let them air dry. They fit well and are strong. I use an Aid Device to put them on. They are a good value.

Medical grade compression.Compression:Compression is uniform and while it feels constricted at first, once swelling is under control that feeling goes away.Fit:It fits all calf sizes if sized accordingly.Circulation:It does improve circulationSwell control:Keeps swelling under control and it’s a good practice to keep them on for as long as they can be tolerated.Washability:Easy to hand wash and hang dry.Durability:As long as you don’t stroll through some bushes, they will last. Hand wash and air dry is key.

I’m impressed!
This is my first pair of compression socks so I’m still very much on the learning curve here but overall I’m really impressed with these. Firstly, I have a muscular wide calf- 17 inches and these fit over my calves comfortably. I was able to put these on by myself lol. I think this is a plus as I’ve read that people have needed help applying their compression socks because they were so tight. I really loved the graduated compression with more support at the ankles and lower calf which is where I really need that support. Since I have wide calves sock bands have always made me sore and uncomfortable at my knees so I was curious if that would be an issue with compression socks. They passed the test! It wasn’t bad at all! They seem quite durable and also matched my natural skin color so not too too obvious (except for the sheen haha). BTW, I do have Ehlors Danlos Syndrome, Fibro, MCAS and POTS which is why I’m exploring compression options. If ya know, ya know!The potential cons- I found that they seemed extra long. So for example, once I put them on, making sure the heel was fitted correctly- the open toe covered my pinky toe instead of fitting on the balls of the toe area. You couldn’t really see that when my sandals were on so it’s not a deal breaker. For reference I wear a women’s size 9 shoe. They also were long at the knee. I was able to fold the cuff and not have it bother me but it might bother someone else. I’m 5’6″ tall for reference. Just an FYI. This is why I subtracted 1 star.Overall, I’m really pleased with the pair I got. My legs felt refreshed with them on… and if you have shortness of breath from POTS… or helped me feel like I could breath easier too!Going to Disney in a couple weeks and really put these to the test and I’m feeling pretty confident these are gonna make a difference! Hope this helps!

Not sheer and veey hard to put on.
These are very heavy weight material. The model show placing the sock on with just her hands. She talks about being careful because they are like nylons and the material would run. You can see her hand through the material as if she has a pair of nylon socks on. I measured my legs and ordered a 6x. As you can see in photos they are not light weight or see through like they show in the video. I was so excited to see a full figure model with large legs and having no problem putting on the socks. They looked just like knee high stockings. What a disappointment when I opened the package. They are not EASY TO PUT ON.

Really difficult to slide up
It might just be me, but I found these difficult to pull up. I don’t think it was the size. But since the material was so silky, it was hard to actually get a grip and pull it up. It just collected in little bunches around my calf and I eventually gave up. I ended up returning these. Again it might be me or it might be the size but it still did not work for me

No squished toes
No squished toes, and much less noticeable than those ugly white or black ones. Compression is a little mess and thus more tolerable, at least for me. I have to wear those things while I am recovering from a traumatic leg injury.

These are cooler to wear on hot weather but I would prefer the tie edge to have a deeper welt as it tends to roll up inside footwear and cut in so requires frequent adjustment however the fabric quality is excellent and they wash easily and dry very quickly .
