High quality gel knee and elbow pack
This product seems of a high quality and durability. The concept is very simple. One thing to keep in mind that the gel is realatively heavy, but this is also necessary as that is what can help retain heat or cold depending on the application. It seems to fit well and is very comfortable. I find that this is a good value for what it is.

This Ice Pack Sleeve Is Okay
This small ice pack sleeve is alright. It’s easy to slide on, and I like that it is not stiff or hard when it freezes. The small size can be used as a sleeve for elbows, ankles, or knees for kids or petite adults or just a normal ice pack or heating pack for headaches, back aches, stomach cramps, etc. However, I have a very similar sleeve ice pack from a different brand that seems to be better quality at the same price. This one stays cold or warm for about 10 minutes, the other is about 20 minutes. This one has a seam where there is no gel for more than 1/2 an inch the length of the sleeve. My other one has a even gel layer all the way around without a large seam. The other brand also provided a thick, zippered plastic bag for the freezer to keep the sleeve clean, which I wish this brand also provided.Overall, I like the concept of this sleeve, and it isn’t bad.
