Good for a refrigerator.
Has a sticky back. I used the roll it came in and shimmied it across the front with the protective film on it and got it tacked down really tight. Very well made and comes with great accessories.

Durable and priced right but difficult to put up
On the positive side, its durable, I can write and erase easily on it and its magnetic enough to hold what I need. However, it was a huge pain to hang it up. In spite of having 2 people and smoothing tools it still bubbled and crinkled in places. It will do for now but I will eventually be replacing it with an actual white board.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:the magnet works well and stick to our fridge. just the right size i needed for our kitchen. easy to clean with a paper towel. well priced. pretty straight forward and reliable.

Great for my apartment project. It was forgiving and I could take a part off and put it back on to get it positioned correctly. Erases well. I have some extra left over to do something else with. Kind of expensive.

Hard to use
Does not lay flat no matter how hard I tried. Would love to return but it’s stuck. It looks terrible. Very expensive for what it looks like. Very disappointed.

I wanted a small whiteboard for the kitchen for my child’s spellings. Allowing them to be seen frequently and reminding us to practice. It’s perfect for the job. Not intrusive just the right size. The pens and rubber attaching with magnet is a big bonus.

The first thing to say about this is that the description in the listing is a bit ambiguous. I don’t think they are trying to deliberately mislead anyone but the listing calls this a ‘magnetic whiteboard’. I read that as meaning a whiteboard that was magnetic and so would adhere to a metal surface, like a fridge door. In fact, the whiteboard itself is not magnetic but it is made of plastic with ferrous content so that metal things will adhere to it.I got this because my elderly parents are ground a little forgetful about what they’ve got in their freezer. So the idea was to get this wipe-clean whiteboard to stick to their fridge door and they can write down the freezer contents, wipe off items as they use them and help them keep track of things. So I thought a magnetic whiteboard that would apply itself to their fridge door would be perfect.So I was a bit disappointed to find this wasn’t actually what the product is; the back of the whiteboard has a peel-and-stick adhesive backing. The instructions warn you that removing the whiteboard may lift paint or wallpaper as it comes away, so that may limit where you choose to place this.However, we decided to use the adhesive to stick it to my parents’ fridge door. It went on easily and smoothed out beautifully with no bubbles and, of course, the fridge door being white, it is very well camouflaged. Also, as you father pointed out, any areas of the whiteboard you are not using, you can decorate with fridge magnets!The board comes rolled in a tube, so it advises you leave it with a couple of heavy books on overnight to help take any residual curl out, which we did. In the set you get three whiteboard pens plus a magnetic pen holder to keep them in, readily to hand. There’s also a foam rubber eraser with a magnetic back and four little magnetic ‘push pins’ to hold papers, tickets, or whatever on the board.All in all, it’s a nice set with some useful accessories and my parents are very pleased with it. You’d just have to remember the warning about damage to a surface, if you were placing somewhere where you’d maybe want to remove it again. But I can recommend this product.
