Faulty product.
I an very unhappy with this product. it doesn’t work well at all for reading on your laptop! This is why I purchased it. I am vision impaired and have been using a small magnifying glass. No matter how you position it this product, the words are to blurred to read. You can see pictures better. The product description implies that it is glass, when in fact it is plastic. NOT GOOD FOR READING AT ALL! I would not recommend this product to anyone that needs help reading because of vision impairment. I would like to request a refund to my account. I would also like to know the process for returing this item.
