Perfect for Reading Small Print and Travel!

Absolutely surpassed my expectations
What a wonderful magnifier. It’s easily held in my hand. The lights are in the right place on its handle and the three lighting options around the magnifier easily adjustable. They are exceptionally warm to my tired old eyes. I especially love that the magnifier can be recharged without r the use of batteries. The bonus is the bag that houses the magnifier, which also serves as a cleaner. Superior device. And the magnification is excellent! I absolutely love this product.

Bright lighting – very helpful with my macular degeneration
In order to read with my macular degeneration I need a bright light, high magnification, and light weight magnifying glass. So far I have purchased four different magnifying glasses. This one has the brightest light and is the lightest weight. The shape of this glass is good for reading.. I like not having to buy batteries and the time to recharge is pretty quick. I have two downsides. The button to turn the light on is positioned on the handle so I am always turning it on or off. Also, the acrylic lense is very easily scratched. This has become my most used glass for now. If they offered a 10X I would get it. The lense issue of scratching is solved by just being aware and being careful.

Great reading magnifier
Great magnifier. Gave this to my mother to help with reading as she has low vision from macular degeneration. Works very well. This is the second one we ordered as the light switch stopped working on the first and she really missed it. Looks like there has been an upgrade to this switch which is great.

This magnifier fills the bill on every level: It’s very easy to handle and operate, and is lightweight with a magnifier that is large and well-lit without begin overpowering. My favorite feature: The batteries for the dimmable LED lights are rechargeable via USB cable, which is included along with a handy protective pouch for easy storage.

I own several magnifying glasses, but this is my favorite. It’s the large size and bright lights that I like so much. Being able to charge it up and not have to deal with batteries is another nice feature.

My Mum is 90 and the optician recommended a handheld reader to help with magazines and books. The brand recommended was over £60 but this seemed to offer the same functionality and get good reviews.I can confirm it is very good and does the job well. The lights are particularly good in dim conditions and the magnification is useful. A lower-cost alternative to the expensive (German?) brand that works just as well.
