I like this one and the extra items it comes with, such as the scissors, which are sharp to cut large pills easily, and the option to store ground medication in the plastic grinder container for later or in the separate metal container, which conveniently comes with a keychain. The brushes work well to clean out the containers. The grinder itself is adjustable so that meds can come out very finely powdered, and it is very easy to use. I had another grinder that was very similar to this one in design, but it unfortunately started to fall apart within the first few weeks of use. I’ve been using this one for several weeks now, and it’s still working very well; there isn’t any stiffness building up in turning the wheel, and the grinding wheels are still holding on strong.
