Great for self back and neck massages
I’m loving this massager! First off, the ergonomic design allows me to massage my own back and neck comfortably. Second, It has five speeds that provides a variety of pressure to tense and sore muscles (I can only handle levels 1 & 2). Third, the battery has a long life (I have used all week without charging) and fourth- the attachments also work great. I’m very happy with this massage gun and recommend for anyone wanting to be able to massage their own neck and back.

This thing is genius in shape and function! It hits the “blind spot” left by all other massage guns thanks to its “hammer” shape. The length and ergonomic shape hit the upper back, rhomboids, and lower trapezius in a way that the others just physically can’t. I own two Theraguns, and no matter how I twist, i simply can’t hit certain parts of my back, and this thing nails it!It’s cost effective. Charges quick. And has 4 different attachments.Are there stronger massage guns? Sure. In this price range? Highly unlikely. But most importantly, can they massage your middle back without twisting and hurting yourself? ABSOLUTELY NOT. This thing is one of a kind. If you want to give your middle back and shoulders the self massage they’ve been missing – look no further – this is it.

I have several massagers as I often have muscle aches. This massager is very easy to use ,handle is comfortable and I can actually point to any muscle on my back neck and my legs. The different intensity setting is also useful allthough it’s quite strong even on the fiest setting and different head attachments are handy to have.I mostly use it on my back as I have stiff muscles and it does help to dissolve the inflamated muschel and it does give me pain relief.For it’s price tag it’s a great functioning massager

But I can reach all down my back and neck and sides without crabbing behind myself. It came with quite a bit of charge in it already. The lowest setting stops if you put any pressure through the device, so you can only really use from setting 2-5. That’s fine for me but maybe not for people who want a more gentle massage on their back. It has a decent amount of power for me, and comes with 4 attachments and a charging cable.
