amazing chair, AMAZING Costumer service
This is an amazing chair, lightweight and the back of the chair is folds, making it easy to put in trunk of car. Chair was supposed to arrive in two days, it arrived the very next day. (I urgently needed it)there was a problem with the delivery as one of the arm rests was broken (not sellers Fault) the box was mishandled. I contacted them for a replacement arm rest and they sent a replacement chair. I’m trying to return for the arm rest as I don’t need two. lol.I highly recommend this seller. They get a 10+ in my book

Great customer service. The original had some shipping damage and I contacted the seller on a Sunday. By Tuesday my problem was resolved! This wheelchair fits through all of the doorways in my home and is very easy to transfer in and out of. Once again I can give this chair and their Customer Service Five Stars!

Great quality for the price
My mom is experiencing some muscle issues and can’t walk far ( at this time.) My husband used to deliver Mckesson products so we are familiar with the name and quality. That is why we purchased this transport wheelchair for her. So far it is a blessing!

Inadequate, poorly designed transport wheelchair
McKesson sells this item, but it is manufactured by Drive. For your reference, Drive is the Huffy of wheelchairs or the roadmaster. The item is sold as a transfer/transport wheelchair, but the back folds down with two very weak mechanisms, so if you need to actually push someone up or down a ramp, you’re taking their safety and your own in hand. Do not purchase this wheelchair, unless you intend to use it on nothing about flat surfaces. It is in adequate for transferring, even on a slight incline ramp.
