Adorable Ankle Socks
My 93-year-old mom does not like to wear anything on her legs or feet, so it’s a struggle to find nylons she will wear to church under her slacks. (Her varicose veins and ashy skin don’t lend themselves to going bare-legged.) I’ve tried all kinds of knee highs, and she fights me every week when I get her dressed for church. BUT these are a hit. She loves the polka dots and the ruffled tops (likely reminds her of her teenage years), and the soft and silky feel with enough stretch so they don’t bag around the ankles make them a hit. She especially likes the black ones to wear with her black slacks and red top. And they actually do come just above the ankle, as shown in the picture.

These are my favorites. I buy a lot of sheer socks and the size and quality is great! It’s super soft like actual tights rather than “mesh” material that can rub in your shoes. Great value!

Awesome purchase… these quaint ankle socks are a dream. Usually, ankle socks are too tight, “strangle” the ankle and toe, but not these.
