I love these two timers! They work well and are sturdy and a beautiful design. I have the blue one on my fridge (my husband likes to put his cokes in the freezer before drinking) and the red one I use at the stove and oven. They are magnetic.

ITEM: Mechanical Timer, Visual Countdown Timer (Red and White)PROS:- As two ADHD adults, my partner and I are constantly on the hunt for ways to improve our daily lives. These visual timers are incredibly helpful for committing to a certain amount of time on a task(s) or limiting our time on certain activities.- The high contrast on the set time makes it incredibly easy to glance at without having to see the individual lettering (which is quite small).- I find that the 1 hour range is great for most tasks and makes for a good limiter (honestly – if you’re going to spend over an hour on something, you’re probably already done for).- The portability of this is great – fits right in the palm. The heft of it also makes it more ‘solid’ – which I can only explain as I’m less likely to put it down and immediately lose it.- One more compliment to the build – I really like the metal design and mechanical over electronic function. It makes it more ‘real’ somehow and I appreciate this. It’s handled being knocked off counters and being tossed around.NEUTRALS:- The timer continues ticking for about a minute after it has gone off. This really isn’t an issue, but something to note.CONS:- I really wish it rang longer when its reached the count down. It’s quite brief – less than 5 seconds – and is more of an alert than an alarm. While noticeable and I haven’t missed it yet, my partner gets more into ‘the zone’ than I do and has.PACKAGING/GIFTABILITY: (All of my packages are sent with Prime Delivery Day and manufacturer’s packaging preference selected. This may impact how things are shipped and cause my packaging experience to differ from yours.). It was shipped in Amazon packaging (a bubble mailer in my case) and the alarms were packaged in a branded paper box. I would say that they’re directly giftable with giftwrap being optional.WOULD I PURCHASE?: Yes. While a bit pricier than other electronic-based or plastic version, but still cheaper than many, I find the quality and design well worth it. Listed at $22.88 and currently marked down to $19.99 (at the time of writing), I find it fair for a 2-pack.CONCLUSION: These are nice timers that are working well for two time-blind ADHD adults. The metal design and heft is a pro in our cases (less likely to be misplaced, looks less childish) and is still quite portable. The only downside is the very short bell time when it finishes the count down.
