Heavenly cold compression
Omg I love these sleeves. It feels so good with the cool, cold, or warm Compression. Something about the gel and the perfect amount of pressure applied around my entire knee was so heavenly. I recommended this product to my physical therapist to suggest for future clients because I love it so much. Very easy to get on and off. The design of it fits great and is super durable. I have had it for several months now and use it all the time. I am very impressed on how great this product has worked and how cost effective it was. Definitely recommend!

Good product, size issue
This gel compression sleeve by MED PRIDE is a good product but a big large for me (short woman). The compression is very light for me, less than I expected and likely just too big for me. I liked it but did not like that it feels wet against my skin. It is quite flexible-I had no problems engaging in tasks while wearing it. It feels like it would last quite a while, through many uses. It was easy to slip on and off. I haven’t tried placing in fridge/freezer/microwave or hot water yet.. I think the wet sensation would only be intensified when using after cooling or heating the sleeve. Overall, a good product though slightly uncomfortable due to the wet sensation. It did really help my sore elbow.

Does not stay hot/warm.
I’m giving 3 stars because I haven’t tried the cold aspect. The Hot does not last. It said microwave 15 seconds, I ended up heating fur 45 seconds and it still only lasted about 8 mins.My knees are jacked up from military service, constant aches, especially when the pressure changes due to storms. Diagnosed arthritis in my 30’s. I can’t find anything that helps that is not pharmaceuticals.

Very convenient, well worth it
Great product, easier than wrapping and velcro-ing. I’m a guy with rather skinny arms and it’s a trifle loose but not a problem. The material is VERY comfortable — I wish I could find a memory foam pillow that squished so perfectly! Only downside is that it stays very cold only about 5 minutes and cold enough up to about 20 minutes, definitely less than the gel packs. The trade-off for convenience is worth it to me.
