Cold for a very short period.
These are sturdy & well made. There’s not much material inside the the duration for therapy is short, 20-30 minutes. I have not used the heat yet but these were affordable & seem like they will stand the rest of time.

Stays Cold
I got these to use for cold packs. I put them in my freezer and use them almost daily. They stay cold for the 20 minutes I need them for at a time. I like the size because they don’t take up too much room in my freezer.

Good for cramps
These are the perfect size for menstrual cramps. I make heat wraps to put them in. 30-40 seconds is perfect when there’s a layer of fabric between it and my skin. It can also go in the freezer, which is nice. It’s still flexible when frozen.
