Excellent — the only one big enough for my arm
I bought this because it was the only EXTRA large cuff that I have ever found that works with an automatic (home-use) blood pressure monitor. I am a big man with 17-inch biceps… my doctor’s office has always had trouble fitting my arm (the nurse has to hunt down the one XL cuff that they have). I have tried two different home monitors in the past and never found a cuff that was any bigger than the one in the box. This cuff and the monitor from the same company were bought together. It has worked perfectly for my BP and one of the regular cuffs has worked for my 92-year-old mother’s BP when we do teleconference doctor’s visits.

Great Blood Pressure Cuff for x-large
I needed a bigger blood pressure cuff and this one does a great job. So glad I ordered this one. Very accurate and wraps around bigger people just right. 5 Stars!!

I bought an electronic (battery) blood pressure monitor and the cuff was too small. Finally I found this cuff that works with my monitor so I can use it!

the size “X-Large” is relative
Not really X-Large. And there isn’t anything larger for this machine. I have big arms (I used to lift weights and I am overweight) and this cuff isn’t even close to what I expected. Now, if you are looking for a large cuff, this is the one, it works well on larger arms (just not the bigger arms like mine)

Perfect!!
This is the perfect cuff if you have large arms (muscles or fat). It fits better and is more comfortable (unless you have really high blood pressure in which case it will feel like a tourniquet). I highly recommend this cuff to go with the Medline Adult Automatic Blood Pressure Monitor.

Fits Medline 4001 too. Big arms cuff.
My arm is 16 circumference and it fitted easily correcting the BP readings found with the normal cuff. This cuff is XLarge and there was plenty room to spare for those with a bigger circumference than my arm. Make sure you correct how it is put on so the velcro will lock to the correct velcro patch. This also fits Medline 4001 which I have.

XL-cuff not compatible with MDS4001 BP unit
I bought the X-Large cuff and the recommended MDS4001 unit to go with it. However the plug-in is different for the XL cuff, and does not fit the MDS4001 monitor (see Photos). On Left: plug-in for Standard cuff that came with MDS4001 unit. On Right: plug-in for XL cuff. Now I have to return my MDS4001 unit. Please update your description so others won’t buy the wrong BP unit to go with the XL cuff!!

a little larger than expected
1st I was sent a disposable cuff (who knew they even made them??!!) Easy return and good right product sent. The adult cuff was not that much too small for me but enough to deter accurate readings. This one is almost too large for me to use but seems to do fine. Was cheaper buying it here than from the company themselves.
