Happy with this chair
Very nice chair for the price. If extended time in the chair, would definitely recommend some type of cushion. It is a smaller chair, which I needed. Easy to load and unload from my small SUV

Excellent value, features and build quality
This model is an excellent value for the price. Although I ordered the K2, the shipped item was a Guardian K1, also made by Medline. The unit I received has the same features as the K2 listed here. The build quality is first rate and the listed features make this chair an outstanding purchase. The swing away leg rests are easy to use and make getting in and out of the chair very easy. The liftable arms provide a flexible way to use the chair and to access the user as needed. The quality wheels have sealed ball bearings and seem to be very strong. Ours came with 9-spoke wheels, not like the ones in the product picture. For a chair that supports 300 lbs, the unit’s weight is very reasonable and lifting it into a car or SUV is very easy. Add a lifetime warranty for the frame and you can’t go wrong with his one!

Comfortable
Nice fit. However it does need additional pad for seating height and comfort.

Armrest falling apart. Too heavy to lift.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I purchased this wheelchair in February for my mother. We only used it a few times because she was using her walker. The seam on the right armrest came apart and the foam is coming out. My husband had to tape it. The wheelchair itself is very heavy to lift. I need my husband to put it into the trunk of the car and take it out.

Not as advertised
I needed a wheel chair with removable arms (amputee and need no arms for transferring). This stated it had removable arms and leg rests. Well the arms only swing back. So I physically had to remove them. Now if I need to use it out of my house, I have to physically put them back on. Oh, and sending back wasn’t an option…$65+ to return.
