Taste good. It does calm tension. I slept sound But it also gives you diarrhea. It’s like the solution they give you for a colonoscopy.I ate two like the directions say.Be aware. lol

These taste so good!!!! My 6 year old says they’re like starburst and I totally agree! In the picture there are these and also “clarity kids super calm wildberry” magnesium tablets and sadly the tablets taste horrible! I cannot stand eating them and my kids can’t either, but THESE ones, delicious!!I’ve totally seen a change in my 6 year old’s behavior as well after taking them for one day. He is much calmer, not at all zombie like, but he is finding it easier to joke and be more relaxed and less touchy. I give him one a day usually in the morning. I give my 4 year old boy half a chew, and I eat the other half usually because it is yummy. I’ve noticed improved sleep with him! Usually he wakes up 3-4 times a night asking for water or saying he had a bad dream or asking to be re-tucked in. Now he is sleeping through the night🤯 its wild.There is a little bit of sugar but to me its so minimal and very much worth it! Buy them now!!!!!! And thank you to the makers!

Love that these are individually wrapped. They taste and smell great like a small fruity treat for adults that works wonders in helping you to settle down, relax and rest easy through the night. They have enough magnesium in two chews which is one serving that allow them to be effective enough for a good night rest.

Two recent orders bad/inedible
I am confused about how to rate these. I’ve been ordering these for about a year and I loved them…up until this week. I take 1-2 every night to help sleep so it’s on auto-ship and I was down to none from my last package. So excited when the new package came on time yesterday. Popped one in my mouth last night and immediately spit it out. The taste and smell was so rank. Tasted like what I imagine a burnt tire or chemicals taste like. And it was STRONG. Thinking I just got a bad one, I popped a new one in my mouth and same thing. Then I went to smell the package and Omg I almost passed out from the fumes. Gave it the benefit of the doubt and ordered a new package last night to arrive today. Same rank smell and taste with the new package too. Once the bag has sat open, the smell kind of dissipates but unfortunately the bad taste still lingers in the chew. I need these to sleep. I am bummed out. I can’t take pills due to esophagus issues and the malate/citrate is the only magnesium combo that works for me. All other types make me anxious. I’m calling the company direct tomorrow but these are NOT refundable unfortunately. If I can get the company to make it right I will absolutely change my rating because other than the last 2 packages these were a life saver. I just can’t ingest something that smells and tastes like it’s going to kill me.UPDATE: the company is great, they did retire me and refund me quickly. I will likely purchase again and hope it was just a bad batch because overall I do really think it’s a great product.
