Fav fidget
My absolute favorite fidget. I love the weight of it and the light pain/pressure when squeezing it. Great grounding tool and perfect color! It definitely helps my anxiety a ton, especially when I’m driving and stuck in traffic. It’s a little pricey, but given that it’s metal and well-made it think it’s more than worth the price.

Perfect
Love this. I never knew about these ouchies fidgets. But I am very thankful I came across it helps with my anxiety

Favorite fidget and it’s not even close.
My favorite fidget by far! I use this way more than I expected. I bought a bunch of different fidgets at the same time and never expected this to be my preferred nearly all the time.

Pretty good
This fidget is a pretty good, if a bit big, size. I have pretty big hands, and this toy fits nicely. The spiky bits are just pointed enough to be felt, but I’m never worried that it’ll actually be painful. I suppose, if you pressed REALLY hard, it could cause some issues, but I don’t think anyone could squeeze it hard enough to cause issues. And rolling it on your leg or something provides even less pressure. The biggest problem with this toy is the spinning part. The spinning is mostly, but not entirely, quiet. But it also slides up and down on the axle. You can almost click it like a button, but it isn’t an intentional thing.

Way better than I even dared to hope.
This is EXACTLY what I needed. It has helped me stop hurting myself because the pain from this is just enough for the distraction without the destructiveness of self harm.It is exceptionally high quality, perfect size and nice color.

It lives permanently on my desk now… it made the cut…
I go through A TON of fidgets. I give most of them away. I didn’t think I would like this. I almost gave it away. It’s not super spiky/ouchy, and it’s heavier than I expected. Imagine my surprise when I started reaching for it. The spinner is absolutely divine. The spikes are actually a bit silky/smooth at the tips, which is wonderful for anxiety. It makes a gentle hissing sound while it spins, so it’s not quiet, but I prefer a little sound in my fidgets. The weight and size feel really nice in the hand, and it looks nice sitting on the table in my office. It’s indestructible, so a great value. Keep in mind, it would make a dangerous projectile, so if you’re keeping it around people who might use it that way, I would choose a plastic one. If you’re getting it for yourself, however, I 100% recommend.

Very pokey, very spinny, exactly as described
Day 1 Review: OUCH!DIMENSIONS: This spiky little fidget device by LGOUYGG has some heft to it, but it’s not too heavy that it’s not portable: it’s 5.3 ounces, so it gives it a good quality feel. The whole thing is about 82mm (3.23 inches) long and maybe about 30mm (1.18 inches) across. This should be a good fit for most hands (adult ones, anyway); I have smallish hands and it fits comfortably enough in my hand. Well, as comfortably as a spiky thing can be, at least.APPEARANCE: I like the shiny blue metallic finish on this thing; it’s not actually glittery, but it almost looks like it is.FUNCTIONALITY: Well, it’s pokey alright! That being said, it’s not sharp enough where it can actually break the skin or anything just by gripping it (at least not for me; I gripped onto it tightly enough so that it left poke marks in my hand, which is far more extreme than I would do for “normal” use I’d imagine). That being said, I wouldn’t want to drop this on my foot or drag this across my skin, that might actually do some damage.I’m pleasantly impressed by how fluidly the top “spinny” part spins; there’s almost no resistance at all. Though, spinning it is not completely silent, so you may need to keep that in mind if you want to use it in a place where you don’t want to draw attention to it.OVERALL: it’s a nice little device that might be good to help some people focus on tasks; I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it for children, but it seems like it might be good for those with ADHD or other issues where focus is difficult to maintain.

Works as advertised, very pleasant weight, stim, spin, focus. I recommend if you like fidget toys!
I have never used a pain stimming tool before but I have to say I enjoy this concept. I do not have any diagnosed conditions beyond generalized anxiety/depression, but I do suffer from a lack of focus due to these issues. Fidgeting with this thing absolutely helps me stay locked in on whatever I’m reading or doing. I can squeeze pretty hard and didn’t manage to break skin, but I certainly abraded it a little. I bet I could actually hurt myself squeezing, but it would be difficult. The top spins for a while and the weight of the thing is pleasant. I didn’t bust out the scale but I’d say 150g is pretty accurate.
