Customers say

Customers find these compression stockings to be of good quality, comfortable, and effective at reducing leg swelling, with one customer noting they maintain pressure throughout the day. The stockings offer excellent value for true compression socks. Customers disagree on the fit, with some finding them loose in the foot area while others report they’re too tight, and while some find them easy to put on and take off, others find them difficult to get on and off.

    Excellent Quality and Comfort!
I purchased the MGANG® 20-30 mmHg Compression Stocking for my wife, and we’ve been extremely impressed with the quality and results. She needed medical-grade compression, and these stockings have been a game changer. Not only are they comfortable and easy to put on, but the compression is just right for improving circulation and reducing swelling. After wearing them for a few days, she’s noticed a big difference in how her legs feel—less fatigued and much more supported. The material is durable and breathable, which keeps them comfortable even during long days. They also hold up well after washing, retaining their elasticity and shape. We’re really happy with this purchase, and I would highly recommend MGANG® Compression Stockings to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality compression gear!

    Nice stockings
These stockings fit well and are very durable. They’re kind of on the thick side, but they provide excellent support for your legs. I have all kinds of issues with my toes, hammer toes and bunions. Having the tallest stocking helps very much. They do tend to write up a little around the toes when you try to put socks and things over them, but they are really working out quite well.

    LOTS OF LOOSE THREADS
I cannot speak to durability as I have had these less than a week. The past couple of days I have worn the hose for several hours with plenty of walking on the second day. It concerns me that there are so many loose threads, which I cut, just to keep from pulling as I do not want the stockings to run. I have numerous brands and styles of compression hose, including thigh-high, and pantyhose, but this is the first pair of compression stockings. Initially, I thought the compression was not 20-30 (compared to my other hose) but after wearing I feel it must be as I have had zero pain in my legs when I wear them. I was wearing a mild compression knee-high hose, but they were not sufficient for what I need for my venous insufficiency, plus they left impressions on my legs, which was a source of concern since I have what may be a developing ulcer on one leg. These hose are soft and smooth so leaving an impression on my skin is not an issue. My ankle size is 8.25, and my calf size is 14.5. I ordered the XL to accommodate the size of the calf. I wear a size 9 to 9.5M women’s shoe. The stockings stay up well, but I did need to stop and adjust the top on one leg after a few hours as it felt uncomfortable. After the adjustment it felt fine. I do not find that the hose bind or even feel too tight, but clearly they are tight enough and provide the comfort that I desire and need. I just hope all the loose threads will not be an issue, and cause running of the hose. The feet portion have a reinforced toe and heel, and fit my size 9 feet – a little more room would have been appreciated, but again, I do not feel uncomfortable binding of the toes. I use, and advise the use of donning gloves on all compression hose or stockings as the gloves facilitate proper adjustment of the stockings, and help to prevent tearing and/or running of the hose. I need compression hose to wear everyday or I have tremendous pain in my legs. I probably have more trouble getting these off than putting them on – again use the donning gloves so as to help the hose last longer. I am particularly thankful for the smoothness of the material, none-scratchy, and non-binding. I like them so much I just ordered a second pair, in black. These seem great for everyday wear, and I recommend.

    They take on stains!
After struggling with compression stockings being to long, I saw these short length ones and gave them a try. The fit is right for me but they take on stains and dirt marks. I was wearing blue sandals and spilt a little water on my leg and it took on the blue of my sandals and It will not wash out. They are a low price but they don’t seen like they will last long. I already lost one pair because of stain and it was the first time wearing them.

Excellent Hose from a many year Jobst Hose Wearer
When I put these on my leg felt wonderful, while wearing and once taken off. I don’t remember this feeling, but it’s been years since I last bought some hose. I was really impressed with the compression. I noticed the seam on ankle stretched so you could see white marks on both sides and calf was opaque. This made me question durability and they were noticeably lighter than My old Jobst. I initiated a return of these and bought 1 pair of Jobst For Men 115434 20-30mm. These hose weighed 34.7 grams and Jobst weight 37.6 grams. I think the old Jobst were 30-40mm as they weighed 42.4 grams. The Jobst did have same seam on ankle stretched so you could see white marks on both sides and calf was opaque. I removed my return and kept hose. I’m going to buy another pair of these and another pair of Jobst, and throw away all my old hose. I’ll update listing in 6 months or so to rate durability of compression. I’m an amputee so 4 pairs is an 8-day supply:).

This pair of socks fit perfectly!
I ordered many pair of compression socks in the past. This one is the best! It is just perfect for me. My shoe size is 8.5, circumference of my ankle: 9 inches, calf: 13.5 inches. I am 5’6″ and the length of my leg from the floor to my knee is: 16 inches. I bought size M. My feet are not squeezed and it is for sure the right compression.

    Unexpectedly tight
I have bought these before and liked them very much, but this buy-again purchase was terrible. Very difficult to put on, they creased and cut into my skin at the ankle, and the elastic band at the top was quite painful. Perhaps they were the wrong size in the correct package.

  9. My Amazon Profile

The sizing is accurate. Compression is light and I don’t believe they are 20-30mmHg (based on extensive experience wearing many different brands of compression). Fabric feels a bit cheap and is pilling after a few wears – recommended washing them in a delicates bag.

I have lymphodema and now under control using comprilan compression bands x 2 for each leg, and a compression pantyhose over all of that. I have now graduated to a next level. My lymphodema doctor wants me to have specifically made-to-order these kinds of socks, at $CDN 700 to CDN $800 dollars a pair. I decided to try these in the meanwhile until I am rich enough to buy made-to-measure socks. I am absolutely happy about this pair and just ordered two more pairs. Very difficult to put on but with the help of my nurse, we managed. But oh my goodness, they are so comfortable, no bulging, not too long, (I have long legs)I bought black XXL Unisex, my measurements were as follows; top of foot: 9″, ankle: 10″, Calf: 15″, Knee: 17″ – I am super happy, with this open toe sock, paired with High Compression 3/4 capri leggings, that just covers the top part of the sock, I am ready to go, and I must just avoid having to spend $800.00 on one pair of made-to-measure socks. All I need now is a pair of Toe Cap to add to this sock. Time will tell. For now, I am super duper happy with my purchase, from toe to knee on both legs. I love the quality and thickness of the compression sock. Hope that helps anyone with diabetes or lymphodema.
