These ARE therapeutic level compression at a great price
I’m a 60 year old man who rides, or should I say races bicycles with guys that are a fraction of my age and each year it gets harder to push 270 watts to keep up. I have no medical need for these and rather bought them to ease fatigue during training workouts. These are exactly what I was looking for and do the trick.Sadly there are many listing for socks and leggings that are called therapeutic compression that really aren’t but that’s NOT the case with these.The pressure is noticeably gradient from the ankle upward as advertised. These ARE 29-30mmHg therapeutic grade leggings.Put the first training ride in and there was noticeable benefit. Added benefit – they’re as nice or nicer than even my best bicycling leg warmers, have silicone grip band at the top and at a fraction of the price of Castelli.

Good fit. Give proper ful leg compression. Comfortable and pretty easy to get on.

Need one size bigger
These were simply too tight at the top. I made it through most of the day with them on before having to take them off. Now I have sores were the band around the top was due to the tightness. They do seem like good stockings, if you get the right size. They did stay up all day and the material is good. The foot is a little small ( I wear a women’s size 11 shoe) so they did squish my toes some. Good length, as they came all the way up the leg. Just wish they carried one size bigger (I ordered the biggest size available), I would have ordered them.

Update 5/25 — Accurate fit, very comfortable
Update: after wearing the 20 to 30 mm for years I had stopped for the last 2 or so because they were no longer necessary. Recently however I’ve been exercising a lot, running on a treadmill, etc, and because of my DVT I decided to start wearing stockings again but this time I went with the 15 to 20 mm. I’ve been wearing them for a couple of days and they’re every bit as good as the previous ones from the same company, with the exception of being far easier to put on. I’ve seen nothing to make me change my previous review.So I found these compression stockings after the last company I had been ordering from discontinued theirs. I took fairly careful measurements and compared them to the size chart provided and the size that I wound up ordering fit me very well. I wore them all day today and have no complaints at all. The stockings stayed in place and I like them better than the ones I had been getting previously. I may well order another couple of pairs. (Needed for DVT treatment).

Not a good value and poorly made
I’m an avid user of compression stockings because of my varicose veins. I have to use them and I have purchased many different brands on Amazon. When I buy these, I buy them ahead of when I need them because my old pairs have to be rotated out because of their holding power diminishing over time-it’s just part of the deal. I would never recommend this brand. I loved how the fabric felt, but at the thigh top they were the worst. Of the 2pair size Medium that I bought, one leg in each pair had a thigh top that was clearly too small. The top band wouldn’t stay flat and would roll over like crazy-the worst possible thing for good circulation. Also one of the legs tops was probably too small at the top or badly sewn or something to the point it was painful to wear.I have to wear compression stockings every day. It’s the first thing I put on in the morning and the last thing I take off at night. When I wear compression stockings my legs feel great. But this brand has fallen short in every way. I would not recommend this brand.Did I order the correct size? Yes. Did they send the correct size? Yes. So I tried to make at least one good pair from the two that I bought because it was past my return window (that’s my fault). I am finding that they do not seem to compress adequately and the swelling in my legs will resume before I take them off. I am dreading wearing these because they just don’t do a good job and I will probably retire these as well. It’s just not worth my legs’ health. Bottom line: never buying this brand again.

Not good for short women
I’m 5’2” 199lb and according to size chart needed a 2X which I ordered. Could be that I’m short but I cannot get these thigh highs to stay up AT ALL. They constantly slip and then bunch behind my knee which becomes very uncomfortable and tight. I’m undergoing spider vein treatment and need to wear these for a week, but this will be a very long week with the constant readjusting.

I have only used it once.It relieved my aching legs but the silicone cause my skin to be red and itchy and it took a week for it to be healed..still there is dark marks on my thigh due to the silicone..

These stockings are great. I like the fact that they are very solid..the material is thicker than most so one can really work at putting them on without worring about a tear or a run happening. The stockings stayed up for the entire day and were quite comfortable. Finally, stockings I like to wear!

Compression is very good. Stayed on well… However…. My skin had a massive reaction to the grips. Would recommend wearing them flipped down so the grip is not directly on skin. Disappointed that this happened as they were not cheap..
