Does the job well.
My old glucometer was discontinued and i need to double check my CGM sometimes, so I bought this. The meter is easy to use and to read, no coding needed. The test strips are a bit flimsy but do the job. The price is reasonable enough that i can pay for it out of pocket rather than trying to get my insurance to approve an authorization for test strips and lancets.

Customer service from this company doesn’t exist
Purchased for my mother-in-law, and the monitor would not read the collection. Just showed a test strip symbol the whole time. I tried to take the batteries off, and troubleshoot from whatever resources I could find on the Amazon support page and nothing worked. I even emailed the company directly over two weeks ago, and still no reply as of today. Non-existent customer service from a company that claims to give you support. I tried every possible solution before returning this for another brand. If a product fails me and the company actually responds and fixes my problem, I choose to not give them a bad review because they took the time to fix it. I hate writing bad reviews but I’m sorry, y’all should’ve responded. This was not worth the effort, time, and gas to go and return this.
