⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Relief When I Need It Most – Especially After Long Shifts
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I personally use this migraine relief cap, and it’s honestly been a lifesaver on long workdays. I work 9-hour shifts, and when the tension starts to build — whether it’s from screen time, stress, or general fatigue — this cap can really help take the edge off. What I love most is that it can be used both hot and cold, but my favorite way to use it is cool. Something about the cold compression just soothes everything. It helps ease that throbbing pain and pressure, especially around my temples and forehead. It fits snug but not too tight, blocks out light (great bonus when you’re sensitive to it), and stays cool for a good amount of time. I usually keep it in the freezer so it’s ready to go when I need it.Is it a magic cure? Not always. But it definitely helps a lot — especially on those days when you just can’t afford to be down with a migraine. If you’re looking for a non-medicated, soothing way to manage headache pain or migraines, I 100% recommend trying it.

Free my body in any position
l used to place a towel, folded with ice cube inside, on my forehead while l was lying on bed. As time goes, ice got melted so l need to change another towel. Now I could wear this hat, which provides coverage all around my head, not just forehead only. First l no longer need to change towel on melted ice. Secondly and more important, l am not restricted to be on bed, lying.l am allowed to maintain any position of my body.To enjoy the warm treatment, it is the same way to heat the cap up in a microwave. As it is gel instead of water, it lasts longer than a hot towel by water. Because of it, it save strips to the kitchen.

Good fit even for large head like mine. Freeze or ice pack 10 minutes, wear 10-20 minutes, repeat.
I have a large head, I was expecting this to not fit, but it has plenty of stretch. I tried putting this in the freezer for 2 hours, I put it in a resealable bag so it didn’t pick up freezer smells, it got so cold even in warm weather it was uncomfortably cold to wear longer than 10 minutes. Even after overnight in the freezer this stayed flexible. The first couple minutes putting it on though, very refreshing, especially coming out of hot summer outside weather. I also had a little hot weather sinus congestion, it cleared almost immediately after putting this on, but closer to 10 minutes I started getting cold sinus congestion from this probably still being around 60F or cooler. I can see why the instructions say 10 minutes in the fridge as the minimum, it’s probably all you need to wear it cold. If your room is cooler than body temperature (96F) this compress will already feel cool to the touch, but cooling it via room temperature is probably impractically slow if you want to use it for extended time. If you don’t want to walk to the fridge, I suggest keeping a freshly frozen ice pack in a tray near you, and between wearing the compress, sticking the ice pack inside the compress for maybe 5 minutes, it should provide plenty cooling for 10-20 minutes until your ice pack isn’t that cold anymore (which could be up to 2 hours from taking the ice pack out of the freezer if you have a large enough ice pack). If you’re still unsure about this, here are some alternatives to try, they may be good enough for you as is: bag of ice definitely simple but hard to arrange so you get the cooling all over your head; wet towel from the fridge might drip and will get your pillow damp; ice pack to cool your pillow might get the pillow damp and the cooling won’t last as long. If you just want to cool your head off outside, my current favorite way is to use a spray bottle of plain water, spray my head, and have a breeze or portable fan, optionally wearing a water-soaked quick-dry hat.

Ease headache pain
This works great for migraine sufferers for just everyday headaches and stress. It applies gentle pressure with cooling comfort!! Wish the coolness would last longer.

A must have!
This cap works SO good with migraines and at a reasonable price! It gets really chilly without doing anything extra to it like storing in the freezer, and is the perfect amount of pressure to help with migraine pains. The only thing id say I wish it had was like a flap or something over the eyes just so I had the option of seeing with it on, but it does work perfect as is to keep the light out while trying to sleep!

It works very well
It helps for several thingsHeadaches hot flashes even helps with slight fevers or sitting outside on a hot day. My 7 yr old loves it better than sitting under a fan. She says it cools her down. My oldest uses it for headaches. Wear it as a hat or cover your eyes. Nice snug fit, I have six kids from 7 to 25, we all use them. No complaints about being to tight. My 2 yr old granddaughter loves it. It’s a bit big for her, but she still finds a way to keep it on. The kids wear their air pods under the cap at times. There is a thin layer that covers the ear. We had no issues with wear or tear as of yet, pretty durable. I wear mines at night over my eyes, no puffy under eyes.sometimes I forget I have it on. And I fall asleep faster in the dark. Had no issues with smell. I use a zip lock bag or wrap it in wax paper put it in the freezer and I’m good. The kids just toss it in covered in the freezer. I have seen any stains, maybe small pieces of ice on the cap. Which was fine. The design is sleek and clean. 10 minutes it’s cold. It really depends on the brand on how long it says cold on your head. Anywhere from 20 minutes to half an hour. The time doesn’t bother me. Because I just take one and replace one. I have at least 10. And will keep this always in my household.

Looks solid, but packaging came very beaten up
It looks to be exactly as described. However, the package came pretty mangled, and the tape on the box was popped. I hope it didn’t puncture the mask.

helps my migraines and headaches
Amazing, and even when I don’t refrigerate it, it helps a lot with the slight pressure and cooling, it does allow a super tiny bit of light though sadly, but paired with my treximet, this thing was perfect
