best i’ve tried
I’ve tried a few caps like this for my migraines, this is by far the best one. others would squeeze my head too tight and that’s the last thing i want when i have a migraine. this one is extremely comfortable and helps provide some relief. it gets cold very fast in the freezer and is much softer than other ones i’ve tried. it seems to be good quality and covers from the top of my head down to my under eyes.

Comfortable and effective relief.
I have had really good relief from my headaches when I use this cap. I love how it stays cold in the freezer and I can pull it out and lie down for the night. It’s soft and flexible to put on with easy but it’s not too tight a fit. It’s given me great results.

Would get again
These are SO nice. I got two so I can switch them out, meaning I always had another cold one ready. These are great for migraines and also block out light. Only issue is they didn’t stay super cold for very long so I had to switch them out. They’re comfortable and not too tight.

Great Product!
This cap provides excellent relief for migraine tension. It’s effective even without freezing – the compression and natural cooling properties are incredibly soothing, and I can comfortably wear it throughout the night. The sound and light blocking features are particularly beneficial. I’d recommend this product to anyone, whether dealing with migraines or simply wanting relaxation. It offers great value for the price. The only downside is that it started to wrinkle on the outside. I still give it 5 stars, I don’t care how it looks, I am interested in how it makes me feel.

Overall good product
Love this! I get migraines where I need to sleep and be cold but my head is still throbbing – this helps. I recommend getting two because it’s so cold when you pull it out of the freezer, but warms up quickly and you might want another cold one if you’re like me to help manage the pain. The smell is weird right out of the packaging and takes a while to get used to. I do appreciate the thickness of the mask. Helps put pressure on my head which helps

Super continent and helpful
As a tension headache haver with the occasional migraine, this is great. It can be almost too cold at first but it really does help rme relax enough to at least try and sleep the pain away

Great product for migraine relief!
This cap is AMAZING!!! I get migraines and the pain relief this brings is great! It covers my whole head all the way down to my eyebrows making it tackle all the areas I need relief from! It is very thick and so far has held up in the freezer!
