Customers say
Customers find these wireless earbuds offer excellent sound quality, noise cancellation, and battery life, with many noting they work better than traditional ear muffs. The comfort level receives mixed feedback – while some find them comfortable, others report they hurt after extended use. Moreover, functionality and durability are concerns, with several customers reporting issues where only one earbud works and the devices breaking after 4 months of use. Additionally, opinions on value for money are divided, with some considering them a great product for the price while others feel they’re not worth the cost.

Update: I would love to love them! (Turns out I do!) Own 7 pairs
Update May 22, 2023: 4.5/5 stars if that was an option! SIX MONTH UPDATE below:Owning two sets of these means I am always wearing one pair while the other charges, then they get swapped and the other pair will charge while I wear the other. Basically, each set gets used every other day and has been used that way since I purchased them. After six months of use (or three, depending on how you look at it!) one of the earbuds has completely torn off from the set itself, which I’m including a picture of.I don’t think I’ve mentioned it in any of my previous reviews because I didn’t think to, but usually when you purchase a headset or headphones, the manufacturers will include the spare silicone tips so that you can change the size if you have a smaller or larger ear and because once it tears, there is a backup to change the tip. Mipeace doesn’t because the silicone tips are permanently part of the headset. I really like that because I never have to worry about them falling off like you do with other tips, but this is the downside of that design. With all the older sets of these that I have laying around, I may try to take the silicone piece off of one of the dead sets to see if I can fix this, but again, I don’t think these are replaceable because the silicone piece is permanently attached to the earbud. If I do decide it’s worth the risk of trying to put a new silicone piece on, I’ll happily update my review again to tell everyone how that worked out. Some people may be reading this and thinking that purchasing the replaceable version of these would solve that problem, and you’re partially correct. However; I believe Mipeace came out with the replaceable version because people were having one of their sides completely detach from the set, and not because of the silicone tips themselves. I know this because I had it happen twice with the older sets as you’d read about below, and I also have a replaceable version as a backup. I cannot use those to fix this because again, the replaceable part attaches to the black unit itself and NOT in case of damage to the silicone tip, but because people were losing entire sides of their headsets when they detached, rendering them useless on one whole side. The downside to the replaceable design is not only the cost, but also having them detach more frequently than you’d think and it’s more of a nuisance to have to keep plugging them back in, at least in my opinion.I don’t want to buy an 8th set, but I may have to if this can’t be fixed. Again, when and if I do, I’ll gladly re-update. This is still by far STILL the best set for the cost but this is definitely one of the downsides to this set.Update March 29, 2023: 5/5 starsThese new sets are still going strong with no issues, minus one very small annoyance. The sets continue to vocalize “power on” and “power off” when you power them on or off manually, just as the old sets did. However, these new sets will occasionally power themselves off without informing you of that. If it’s been 10 minutes since I listened to something, I’ll hit play only to find the set turned itself off, despite having a full battery and maintaining an active Bluetooth connection. What makes it a nuisance is that the audio will play off the speaker on the phone for the whole room to hear, which can be awkward if you’re listening to something in an environment where you’re not supposed to be listening to something! The old sets would remain connected for hours, as long as the Bluetooth stayed paired. What’s odd is that there seems to be no rhyme or reason as to when, how, or why it powers off because sometimes it doesn’t and other times it does. I’m now just more proactive at checking to make sure the set is still paired before I hit play again. If it’s not, I just manually hit one button to power them back on and I’m good to go. Enough of an annoyance to change my rating? Absolutely not, Mipeace continues reigns supreme!I also love the usb-c charging because they’re so much faster than the old usb. Out of the two new sets I own, I haven’t experienced any of the issues I’d experienced with the earlier versionsUpdate November 30, 2022: 5/5 starsI now have two sets of the newest version. Though it’s a minor quirk, these do not seem to stay connected if the device or phone is inactive, but it’s not enough of an issue to change my overall rating. If I fall asleep listening to something and wake up, they’re no longer connected and I have to power them back on. In my experience I’ve only had one set of headphones do that in the past. As long as there is an active pair on Bluetooth, most stay connected even if it’s been 8 hours since there’s been any use. The plus side of this is that it likely saves some additional battery time. It’s now been almost a month with the new sets and I’ve yet to have them run out of power. I usually charge one set overnight, swap them out in the morning then charge the next set. But I’ve now grabbed a set in the morning, used it all day and night, and have woken up with over 50% battery. I think I’ll see how long the set lasts before I swap them out just to find out how long they’ll last with constant use. This set also now has two modes: game and music. I can’t distinguish much of a difference in the audio between these two modes, but I mostly listen to talk shows and podcasts so I’m probably not the best one to ask.Update November 22, 2022: 5/5 starsMipeace may have finally achieved perfection!! In all seriousness, the updated version has seemingly improved the only downsides these headphones had. Charging is obviously faster with the updated usbc-charged version and the Bluetooth is somehow lightning fast now. I had no idea every other set was “slow” to pair and/or connect, but this new headset connects and pairs in a ridiculously short period of time compared to all my other sets. Is it a deal-breaker that the old sets take 9 seconds to connect instead of the 3 seconds this set takes now? No, but improvement is improvement regardless and therefore it is worth mentioning. Despite it being for aesthetics only, I also like the new colors! If you need to disguise the headphones as safety buds, stick to the original yellow set. The audio is great and so far the battery is what I’ve come to expect out of these because it continues to last forever with heavy use. I can go 2 full days/nights with this set so I do think maybe the battery lasts even longer than the old version. My plan is to use this new set exclusively for the next month just to see how long this new version lasts with heavy use or if I encounter any unexpected issues along the way. I’ll do an update in about a month if anything changes. But as of today, my original 3-star rating is being updated to a 5 star since this company clearly cares about their product as well as their customers. They seem to be reading the feedback and then using that to implement product improvements. Also, I have NEVER been solicited for input by the company either, and that is saying something these days since I seem to get a plethora of requests for reviews for everything else I buy on Amazon these days. The constant begging for reviews is so off-putting, so I really appreciate that Mipeace hasn’t jumped on that bandwagon!Update 11/6/22: 4/5 starsOne of my issues with these earbuds was having them be prone to accidental detachment from the headset itself. Then Mipeace actually did something that made me hugely respect them: they updated them to include two extra re-attachable buds. I loved the idea and immediately bought a set. Unfortunately, it backfired and turned into a “being careful what you wish for” scenario. Unfortunately, they became detached so easily that I keep them put away now and only use them in an emergency. I’m now on my sixth pair of the set without the detachable wires and just ordered a 7th after getting one earbud wet. I noticed there are now new colors so I’ll update once I receive the yellow set in. Overall, I commend Mipeace for listening to customers’ complaints and trying to fix an issue those customers had, even if it seems to have backfired as the updated version is now unavailable.Original review:3/5 starsI like to always have a headset available, so for that reason I usually purchase several. When I found these and realized how phenomenal both the battery life and sound quality were, I ordered more almost immediately. The first set I bought was in October 2021, and it’s now early April 2022. I use these almost all day of every day as well as listening while I sleep, so when I say they’ve been constantly used, I’m not exaggerating when I say that. However, bear in mind I was rotating several pair and not heavily using one more than the others. With heavy use rotating the four pair, none of them have lasted more than six months. Here’s how they’ve fared and what happened with each:1. First set bought late October 2021. Within a couple of weeks, one earbud was blown. This isn’t a user error because I don’t ever listen on full volume because I listen to podcasts or audio books, so I’m not blasting these with a heavy bass loop or anything. I did request a replacement and received it.2. Second set bought about a week prior to the first set needing replaced. Had it been another week later, I probably wouldn’t have felt confident ordering the second pair, but I kept them regardless. For whatever reason, this pair did not get blown out. However, within 3 months one earplug had completely lost its sound.3. The third set was a replacement for the first set where one earplug blew out. Unfortunately, right about a month later, one of them blew out on the replacement set too.4. The third set (and forth, below) was ordered in December when the speaker blew out on the first replacement set. This set worked well with no blown speakers or loss of audio in either of the ear plugs, but would constantly disconnect then reconnect immediately on Bluetooth with my iPhone. As I stated, I very rarely use these for music but rather for audiobooks and podcasts. The Bluetooth issue was annoying but I would have put up with it had I not discovered that it caused a few second delay. I noticed this because I watch one of the podcasts on YouTube. The audio never matched the video, but this only happened with this one particular set. I would disconnect and repair or stop using to fully charge. When I would put them back on hours later, the audio and video would initially have no issues with delay and it synced fine. However, within about an hour, the headset would keep disconnecting and reconnecting again, which would inevitably cause the out-of-sync issue all over again.5. I bought the other pair at the same time as the last set. Within about 6 weeks of them working flawlessly, I thought I finally had gotten lucky and had a perfect pair. Unfortunately for me, I picked a frisbee up to throw to my daughter, and as I did so, the left earplug somehow got caught up in my hand as I had the headset dangling around my neck, and as I threw the frisbee, it somehow took the entire left bud with it. I was left now with a set, yet again, that only had one functioning earplug, but this one was all my fault.Despite these flaws, I still don’t know if I can find a better option at this price point. For my use, the neckband style is far superior than the wireless sets, but I’ve yet to find a neckband set that has the quality these do with the crazy good battery life at this price. However, I can’t continue to justify spending fiftyish dollars for a set that won’t be functional for longer than 6 weeks. If I find a better set, maybe I can update the review.Mipeace, you broke my heart! In conclusion, I’ll be back if and when I can purchase $250+ worth of product and still have something to show for it after a few months. I really love these but after five sets now, I think it’s reasonable to expect at least a 50% success rate, and that I’d still have two functional sets, at least. Let’s be honest, 50% for anything would rarely be considered success, but I’d have been happy with that regardless! If four had failed due to my negligence, abuse, or misuse and only one failed because of a non-user error, then I’d no doubt be back here to purchase another set. That said, I simply can’t justify the money for a 20% success rate in a product, and I don’t think it’s unreasonable for a consumer to expect that either. It’s also worth noting that I wear these under normal conditions and indoors, so they’re not put through the wringer environmentally either. I will also mention that I keep them in the case when not charging, and rotated them in and out with their counterparts carefully each time. Bums me out because I really did think I’d finally found the set worth buying several of, but I’ll just snuggle and find my way back to the search again.

Surprisingly good headphones
I originally bought these to use with my helmet while out riding. Turns out that I like them enough to use them while doing chores instead of my normal headphones. These headphones come with a pretty nice semi hard case that seems to protect them very well. These are very comfortable to my ears and they fit very nicely under a full face helmet. I took a 3 hour ride and these were comfortable the whole time. They block wind noise very well but I can still hear traffic over music on low volume. These headphones also block out the lawnmower or weedeater better than most of the plugs or headphones that Ive tried. I’m honestly kinda sad that they work so well because it makes me wonder if I should have spent 200 plus on some noise cancelling earbuds that get beat out for noise cancelling by these. The sound quality is decent. Those 200 dollar buds are far superior in sound quality but these actually do sound pretty good. I was genuinely impressed with the sound quality for this price range, especially while at speed on the bike.On the phone people say that they can hear me clearly and without issue, but I haven’t tried them while riding so I can’t comment on that at this time. (My plan is to push the neckband up into the cheekpads and see if that effects call quality because I know I can’t just have it out in the wind and work)Battery life has been good so far. After the initial charge I’ve only charged once in about a month(after the three hour ride) but not because they said they were low. They are at least durable enough to ride in open air on the motorcycle many times without any signs of wear.My biggest issue with these is that it does take 4-5 times as long as normal headphones to pair with the phone. Where normal headphones seem to pair in about 5 seconds after they are on, these do end up taking half a minute or more. I haven’t had any connection issues once they connect though, even while riding a terribly uneven road so I can deal with having to wait a little longer to pair.Update 3/14/23 these still work great for me. I found out a few things since using them. 1. They will start to have connection issues once they get extremely low on battery, those go away when charged. 2. Calling on motorcycle is a no go. Couldn’t get anything I tried to work that way, but regular calls not on motorcycle still fine. And 3. When they are in their case they can survive a 3 story fall seemingly unscathed.

Good sound and noise reduction, minor bulk
I use these MIPEACE Bluetooth earplug headphones in my workshop, and they’re excellent for blocking out background noise while listening to music or podcasts. The sound is clear, the bass is decent, and battery life easily lasts a full day.The neckband is a bit bulky, but it’s comfortable enough to wear during long sessions, and the IPX5 sweatproof rating is perfect for active use.Tips: Adjust the earplugs carefully for the best fit — proper placement improves both comfort and noise isolation.Overall, very good value for workshop or outdoor use.

Wouldn’t waste my money on there again. One was swapped for a replacement after it failed after a couple of months. And same thing happened to the new ones. Not worth the cost

Use it at work for landscaping and maintenance blocks out noise like you would expect it to do but it also has an insane battery life it lasts the whole day of 8am-7pm and still has 60 percent left. Only downside is the audio quality its pretty mediocre but it still works for what i need
